NYNY Tanya – Day 7

Woke up early today, hopped in the shower and went to my favorite wholefoods in El Segundo. It is huge, think like a Costco or Sam’s Club but with all healthy or mostly healthy foods. They have a great organic section as well as a lot of local farm fruits and veggies that I always prefer to get. I got beets, sprouts, spinach, kale, raw fruit bars, kale chips, and some distilled water. I get a lot of things from wholefoods but I do do my bidding at more that one spot. My next stop was trader joes. I mainly get my fruits and nuts from TJ’s. I ran the rest of my errands and ended up at home.

I napped on and off for the rest of the day. It was great to have a day off from exercising but I didn’t get anything done lol. I watched a few movies on TCM and then called it a night at about 11p.m.

Breakfast:
Granny Smith – Large, 1 apple

Snack:
Larabar – Mini Bar – Cashew Cookie, 1 bar (22g)
Kale Chips – Sea Salt and Apple Cider Vinegar, 0.5 oz

Lunch:
Whole Foods – Raw Kale Salad With Garlicky Dressing, 1 Cup

Dinner:
Whole Foods – Raw Kale Salad With Garlicky Dressing, 1 Cup

Exercise:
None (Unless you count the 4 hours of walking running errands)
