Today is the Day!

Monday, July 30, 2018, I began my 20-day DHERBS Full Body Cleanse (FBC)! Running on little sleep, I awoke at 6 a.m., but did not rise until almost 7. At that time, I took my first 5 pills of Formula #1 with some room temperature water. I packed my lunch bags and headed off to work. I forgot to eat my small banana on the way. Newbie

I have not started the FBC yet. My products will be delivered next week and I probably won’t start until after the 20th (this is June 2018). I am scheduled to have a colon screening and will have already fasted for 2 days. I will begin my cleanse the following week. In the meantime, I am preparing myself with my 2 ebooks: FBC companion and The Power of Cleansing. I am so ready for this that I cannot believe it myself. Feeling a bit queasy

I have a lightheaded feeling today, almost like i’m going to faint. It goes away temporarily when I eat or have a drink of water, it’s uncomfortable but not unbearable at all. I truly believe it’s my body purging the toxins, which is why i’m not worried and running to the ER. Also, drinking some ginger and lemon in hot water helps take the uncomfortable feeling away. I’m hoping it will be gone in a few days, given that I don’t normally eat a lot of sugar.

prepare meals and menu in advance

Now we all know eating RAW IS A MUST !!! So please plan ahead…create a menu before your products arrive and have a shopping list ready…buy a small cooler bag if you are on the go a lot, this will allow you to carry your foods with you while out and prevent a slip up of you eating something you’re not supposed to because you’re hungry and have nothing to eat!!! I’m nervous but ready !!!

My weight has being going up and down for the past 4 Years!! I’m normally 150/60 but I’ve gone up to 211 and now recently to 196 by just eating fruits and veggies. I’ve found that I do much better when I’m on a plan or set routine so I’m really looking forward to seeing the fruits of my labor with this cleanse. I have a cruise I’m going on in May and although I may not be 150 by then, I am shooting for a goal of 20 unnecessary pounds to be released from my life (belly area)…

Day 3

Day 3 was not so bad. I made myself a mushroom salad which tasted very good to me. The ingredients were baby bella mushrooms, green peppers, red peppers and onions. I only used a dressing with olive oil sea salt and cayenne pepper. For breakfast and snacks I had raw fruits.

Day 2

The hard part of going raw vegan and detoxing is that it is easy to get hungry when you exercise if you are not sure what exactly to eat for protein. I added hemp seeds to my Kale, Cucumber and Key Lime Juice. Although I felt a little week during exercising I know adding the hemp seeds made me stronger than simply a green veggie drink.

Day 1

Day 1 on the full body cleanse is a little challenging and I am hungry. To make the cleanse more effective I am drinking only Kale, Cucumber, Key Lime and a Cayenne Smoothie. I am doing this for the first five days and see how it goes.
