Tonight I leave for California to visit my two wonderful daughters. I have food packed in my carry-on and plan to buy 100% juice to drink. My daughter’s boyfriend is taking us out to LA’s best raw food restaurant so it’s going to be a cinch. I am actually having fun. I enjoy my food so much and don’t even like to look at unhealthy food. Although I know that it would be easy to fall into old habits, I am committed to remembering how bad I used to feel and how great I feel now.
