Pain, Pain Go Away with Kit B. Day 8

Got right back on raw food. Not hungry today at all. Feeling light, clear headed, “clean”. I can move easier, my joints do not hurt nearly as bad. I started a swim exercise class that includes stretching and I can do it all so much easier. Four days now without a thigh spasm!!!!
