]]> Today is day 8 and things are going amazingly well. I am down 2 more pounds. I feel as though I’m really in a groove. Yesterday I incorporated 30 minutes on the elliptical and followed up with hydrotherapy. It amazes me how I don’t have cravings for anything. I have to remember to eat. I normally have a smoothie in the morning, a salad at lunch and guacamole for dinner with raw crackers. I drink at least a gallon of water daily. Spiritually I am so at peace with life. My energy level is amazing. I will check back in soon. Be peaceful.

]]> I started my cleanse 4 days ago. I admit I was apprehensive on Day 1, fell off the wagon on Day 2 but got right back on. This is the story of a woman who has tried it all and struggled with weight all of her life. I’m now 42 and I am poised for a rebirth. I started the cleanse at 298 pounds. I’m 55. Ive tried to start the cleanse twice before and failed on the first day. I wasn’t ready spiritually or psychologically. This time was different. I made it through day 1 and was elated. No nausea and I didn’t feel like I was going to die. 

By day 2 I woke up with more energy and was poised for success. Then night fell and cravings for sugar got the best of me. I crashed. On day 3 I got on the scale and I was at 297. I was surprised and excited to start the day. I work during the day, so that was easy. I took the supplements on time and drank a lot of water; no less than 100 ounces a day. I made it with no flaws. My energy level is amazing. I feel stronger and more determined than ever to do this. Today is day 4 and the scale says 296. I’ve never committed to anything that has to do with me. I don’t know who this person is, but I love her. I love her to death. Stay tuned…
