My Life Saver Came in a Box

I ordered the Full Body Cleanse after hearing about it last week on the Steve Harvey Morning Show Mix 92.3fm Detroit. My order arrived Friday, 17Apr; I started the next day.

I weighed 178 that Friday, and after one week I had lost 10 pounds. Today–halfway through the cleanse, Im down 13 pounds.

Hunger?  No.  Cravings? No.  Headaches?  No.  Fatigue?  Some.  Leaner?  Yes!  Lighter?  Absolutely!  Most importantly–if we can talk like grown folk, my usual by 9am bowel movement has increased to at least two per day, AND its seemingly odorless since I began this cleanse. So things are happening for me.

Strangely enough, I haven’t even thought about giving in or giving up. My willpower hasn’t been tested one bit which is why I call it my Saviour in a box.  This cleanse has definitely been a God-send for me because with any other regimen, I would have had some cravings and I would have given in to at least one, or I would have thrown in the towel altogether.

What say you all?

Q: I'm on my 10th day of the Full body cleanse and I have only dropped like 5 pounds. When I go walking and come back to weigh myself. I see that I'm down like 3 lbs. But, when I weigh myself the next morning, I still only lost 5 pounds. I have lost my appetite completely. I eat fruits and a small salad other than that, I have no desire to eat. I have bowel movements about 3 times a day however, they are not regular size bowel movements. I even had a colonics yesterday, and not much happened with that, no movement. I'm just wondering what can I do to optimize my weight lost with this detox? I had taken smooth move too... still no change... Please advise.

Stop putting so much energy (emphasis) on how much (weight) you're losing. You're creating a block for yourself. In fact, you should even stop weighing yourself. Only do so after you complete the cleanse. Just focus on how you feel, and what you desire -- your objective, okay!

Q: I'm doing the Full Body Cleanse and I have a few questions about it: I get tired of drinking just the distilled water and I'd like to drink the herbal teas, but I don't like it by itself. Would it mess things up to add a pack or two of Splenda to my tea or maybe honey? I can't stand the salads with the olive oil or apple cider vinegar or the lemon juice as dressing and it makes me gag. I have To have some sort of salad dressing. What kind would be suitable? Do I look for sugar-free? Or organic and natural? I found one that is organic and natural, but it has 3 grams of sugar in it. Without eating all my whole grained breads and other fiber, I haven't had much of a bowel movement in 3 days, should I wait a while yet? (I had surgery on my bowels and always had to take fiber tablets and eat lots of grains to get my bowels to move.) I haven't done the enemas yet, (low on money) should I try that? Or should I resume my fiber tablets I normally take? Any type of fiber I could add to my fruit smoothies in the morning? I want to also do the female cleanse. Is it ok to do that immediately after I finish the full body cleanse or should I wait for a little while? Thank you for all your help, I feel much better than I did before and I just started this detox a week ago, lost 10 pounds, too, woohoooooo! Thank you

    1. Instead of splenda, use agave, stevia, or grade b maple syrup as a sweetener.

    2. In re Salad Dressing, an organic and natural one is great. You can also check our website for salad dressing recipes.

    3. The fiber pills are not part of the cleanse, so we wouldn't advise those. Fruit is you best choice of fiber so look into eating more papaya, mango, figs, etc. And yes, colonics (and enemas) would greatly help you - undoubtedly!

    4. You can do the Female Cleanse right after you finish detoxing. There's no need to wait!

Q: Good morning. I tried the WEIGHT RELEASE CLEANSE AND REGIMEN and followed the diet. I must say that I am amazed at how good I feel. Energetic and focused but alas, I only lost 3 pounds in the 3 weeks. I am 5'5 and currently at 181 pounds. My body is extremely resistant to weight loss. I have done several different types of detox including the IZO juice cleanse in the last year and had not lost weight. I don't even seem to respond to a very low calorie diet. I do have elevated liver Enzyme levels and a recent blood test showed low B6 vitamin and not proper protein digestion. I exercise 3 times a week and I eat rather health and mostly organic. Please HELP. Thanks

This means that your body focused on another area that was of more importance than weight release. your mind wanted weight reduction but your body intelligence focused on something else. Go with the flow of the body intelligence and trust it. You apparently have an energetic block that prevents you from physically releasing weight (since you've tried other programs). Consider scheduling a consultation so we can get at the energetic/emotional root of your problem. Simply stop worrying about "losing" weight. Focus on what you desire (to see yourself in the size you desire). Don't focus on what you don't want (i.e. to lose weight).

Q: I'm using your PANCREAS CLEANSE AND REGIMEN and this is my second week. What's next upon completion? I feel great, lost six pounds and my Blood Sugar is wonderful. Saw the difference in about 5-6 days. I'm not on any insulin and do not plan to.

Glad to hear all is going well with this cleanse! Great news and thanks for sharing! After the PANCREAS CLEANSE AND REGIMEN I would recommend a daily regimen of: PANCREAS FORMULA PANCREAS AUXILIARY FORMULA SUGAR BUSTER ELECTRIC GREENS CELL FOOD Eat as close to the PANCREAS CLEANSE AND REGIMEN DIET as possible. Modified diet is very important!

Q: I began the ANTI-VIRAL CLEANSE AND REGIMEN approximately a week ago, it has been hard to maintain the fruit and vegan diet, but today I took the blood pills & then ate a grape fruit but after a 30 minutes or less I became sick. Is grapefruit a good morning food? Basically, why did it not stay down?

Q: Last week was my first week on the detox program. I have a question about the charcoal - what is it used for? I know that it is part of the detox program, but what organ does it help to cleanse? I have stopped all meat and dairy products with no problem- but I am still having a difficult time with the sweet cravings. Any suggestions?

Activated Charcoal aids the detoxification process by helping eliminate toxins and heavy metals.

For sweet cravings, you can eat as much fresh fruit as you'd like while on the cleanse. After your cleanse is finished, you may wish to consume Sugar Control Formula to address those cravings.

Q: Good Morning, I heard about you on the Power XM radio Al Sharpton show. I'm 32yrs old I weigh 285lbs and my goal is to loose 125lbs (being realistic). My symptoms and habits are; Bowel movement once a week, headaches, lower backaches, acne, dry skin, eczema, achey joints, asthma and tired all the time! Because of my work schedule and being a single parent I do fast food 2 times a day almost everyday. My oldest daughter is 102lbs 8yrs old - bowel movements maybe twice a week and the youngest 5 yr old has headaches. HELP !!!!!!

I strongly suggest you perform the FULL BODY DETOX, followed by the WEIGHT RELEASE CLEANSE AND REGIMEN, followed by the 10-DAY SUPREME COLON CLEANSE. Work on your diet! Eat more raw foods! Start your daughter off with the CHILDREN DETOX (liquid extracts) . Spend some time reading through our articles, Sir! Educate yourself!

Q: Thanks so much for all the wonderful info! I had a chance to look at some of your products and I like what I see. There is so much good stuff here. I just finished a 60 day sugar/fat cleanse. I basically cut out all diary, white sugar, flour, pasta, etc (I was already eating a veggie diet) I did very well with the cleanse and I want to keep it going. I lost almost 20 pounds, but I started eating a little differently, since I had some events for the past couple weeks and the weight started coming back on. I'm aware that I have a slow metabolism, but I do exercise (4 to 5x a week) and I generally eat pretty well. I have about another 40 pounds I want to loose and continue to be healthy and energetic. Also, my husband and I are also trying to have our first child. Do you have any suggestions?

We would recommend that you give our Full Body Cleanse a try. It will help you lose additional weight and rejuvenate your body. Once completed, try the Fertility Kit, which is a 20 Day program and regimen that consists of herbs, elixirs, affirmations, inhaler, and dietary program to help naturally enhance fertility.

Q: Started my Full Body Cleanse; I?ve been on it for a week :) Love it! Will this regulate my menstrual cycle? Because I have one every three weeks to the date and I have not received the second one for this month and have not been sexually active. I certainly hope so because having two cycles in one month absolutely drains me! It would be nice to have it once a month again!

Yes, it will help, but in order to specifically address your needs, we recommend is the Female Cleanse.

Also, after your cleanse, make sure you take 6 capsules of the Menstrual Cycle formula and drink one cup of the Female Health tea. This will help to fix your irregular cycles. Irregular cycles (every 3 weeks) denotes your body is not functioning properly and your hormonal system is out of whack. Detoxing will greatly help regulate your cycle.

Q: I stopped taking the PARASITE AND WORM CLEANSE AND REGIMEN products for a week because the colon formula made my stomach ache too much. While off the regimen I went to the Dr. for what I thought was a skin infection around the anus from shaving. Turns out I have herpes. I am 40yrs old and haven't had sex in 4 yrs. I am devastated that I have this. Is it possible that the parasite kit products purged this out??

Sounds like "HEALING CRISIS" manifested this condition to that you knew nothing about. However, I say get a second and third opinion before you embrace and claim your devastation.

Q: I purchesed both the FULL BODY DETOX and the ANTI-VIRAL CLEANSE AND REGIMEN. During week 3 of the Detox, I had a significant herpes breakout on by buttocks. Therefore, I opened the anti-viral kit and started doing the bath with the sea salt and the oil etc, and used it all up with in a week. Maybe I used too much but everything healed up well. Now I am into the first week of the Anti-Viral kit and on day 3 a small breakout started, but I am out of the Oil and roll on. Do you have a suggestion of something else I can put into the bath water besides the sea salt? I have some tea tree oil. I tried to purchase some Melissa oil, but could not find it. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Use tea tree oil, lavender oil, etc. in your bath water. Add hydrogen peroxide (1 cup) as well. You can oil down with OZ OIL after the bath!

Q: A friend of mine purchased the Full Body Cleanse for me but I am a little hesitant about starting the cleanse. I am afraid that I won't be able to go through with it and that maybe I am doing it for all the wrong reasons.I used to weight 140 pounds in high school, but after I went away to college stress and poor eating habits I gained 50 pounds.I have tried a few different things and when I did not notice results I stopped them. Will it be different this time? Will I actually lose weight? I was also considering trying The Female Cleanse after the Full Body Cleanse. Would that also help with weight loss?

If you follow the diet and take the herbs as recommended you will 100% loose weight. Not only will you be expelling toxins from your system with help of the herbs but you will also be adapting to a raw vegan diet. The diet alone will help you loose weight.
The Female Cleanse is not design for weigh loss. If weight is what you are focused on then you should perform the Weight Release Cleanse, once you have performed the Full Body Cleanse that is. Never hesitate to call us at 866-434-3727, we would be more than pleased to walk you and guide you through the process.

Q: I ordered the full body cleanse but the post office sent it to my mother’s house. I should have been using it by now which I really need. I went to the doctor today complaining of upper back and stomach pains with extremely low energy, dizziness and headaches and he says that I have gastritis and acid reflux, do you have any suggestions on what I can do or order until my fbd gets here?

Drink vegetable juice with plenty of green-colored vegetables. 4 ounces daily, perhaps 2-3 times per day. Eat papaya, mango, and cantaloup fruit!

Q: I've been eating vegan (mostly raw) for nearly 2 years. In the first year, I lost about 60 pounds. I still have about 50 more to lose and it hasn't budged in almost a year. I hear conflicting info about what sort of exercise would be best - cardio vs. strength. And any time I up my exercise, my hunger gets out of control. Any suggestions?

Thanks for the question. The most efficient way to lose weight from working out are high rep/low weight circuit training and through HIIT (high intensity interval training).

Your goal should be to increase metabolism and fat burning potential throughout the day. Both HIIT and circuit weight training are both effective. To be maximized you should exercise for 1 hour 5-6 times a week. You could alternate between cardio days and circuit training days. Here is an example.

    Mon: HIIT

    Tues: Circuit training

    Wed: rest

    Thurs: HIIT

    Fri: Circuit training

    Sat: HIIT

    Sun: Rest

Here is an example of a circuit and  HIIT

Circuit. 15-20 reps 1 minute rest between sets. repeat for 20-30 minutes. (feel free to use the template and build your own)

    Upper: pushups

    Lower: Squats

    Core: Crunches

    Plyo: Burpees

Upper: Clean and press or curl to press

    Lower: Alternating weighted lunges

    Core: Reverse crunches

    Plyo: Step ups

HIIT (can be done on almost any cardio machine)

    3 minute warmup

    -30 second sprint

    -1 minute recovery

*Repeat for 15 minutes to 30 minutes*

    3 minute cool down

Top fat loss mistakes for cardio and weight training

Cardio: Doing 1 speed with no resistance cardio. This kills me. Your fat burning potential begins and ends when you do. If it doesn't challenge you it will not change you. Atleast put the resistance on mountain or random.

Weight: Resting too long in between sets. Super sets are key here. Work one set while resting the other. Example of a superset is chest press and seated row together. Quad machine and ham machine. Pullup and shoulder press.

When you ramp up your metabolism you are going to have to eat more. Losing weight isn't about calories. Losing weight is about nutrient density. Here is a blog I did on eating for fitness and getting lean.

    Hope that answers your question,

Q:, I wanted to update you on my experience with the WEIGHT RELEASE CLEANSE AND REGIMEN; I am on the third week of the program (almost finished) and I have lost 25 pounds thus far and still releasing weight. Although, I know the program calls for all raw foods; I have had a few days where I did not follow the plan (i.e. I had some cooked vegetable dishes and some Quinoa). Although I know this is a no-no; I wanted you to know that in spite of my disobedience; I have still released waste. I am now ready to know what's next. Would you recommend the full body detox? I am still overweight for my frame...and I am more interested in lifestyle changes than temporary fixes. I have been vegetarian for the last year. Thanks for your wonderful products.

Great testimony and kudos to you! We would recommend that you continue to detox (FULL BODY DETOX) to release that unnecessary weight (waste). For lifestyle change, Dherbs is the place to be (articles, e-books, videos, etc.).

Q: First of all, I will like to say thanks for such wonderful product. I truly believe that I am blessed to come across this site. My concern is this: I bought the FULL BODY DETOX this is my third and final week on it, yet, I have not had regular bowel movement daily. At times, I may have a movement once a day and after few days have another. One of my excitements was, to lose some weight as well as cleanse myself. What do I need to do? My next step is to buy the WEIGHT RELEASE CLEANSE AND REGIMEN. I am waiting for your advice as to what step to take next before buying it. Thanks for your kindness and willingness to listen.

Lack of bowel movements means your colon is compacted. It may take some time but the herbs will regulate it. Drink more water, drink BOWEL MOVER TEA and also drink prune juice (especially at night before bed). I suggest you perform the 10-DAY SUPREME COLON CLEANSE next followed by the WEIGHT RELEASE CLEANSE AND REGIMEN. I am glad you enjoy Dherbs.Com!

Q: I started taking the TOTAL WOMAN CLEANSE last week. I was doing ok until Thursday. Let's just say, I've started over. What can I eat other than fruit & veggies and (1) veggie burger. Can I have oatmeal, nuts, and tofu? I'm 39 yrs old, 295 pounds, 5-5" African American trying to have a baby. After this cleanse, I wanted to get on the FIBRIOD BUSTER, would doing so be too much for my body to handle? Also, I have herpes and want to start taking the ANTI-VIRAL FORMULA you have to treat this. Can I take this while pregnant? I'm not currently, but hope to be within the next 3 mos. I get an outbreak once every 2-3 yrs. Help!

The diet is very specific so if you are having problems with the diet and feel you need to eat other things; it's your choice to do so. To learn what RAW foods are, read our article "WHAT IS RAW FOODS"? I think it is a good idea to take the ANTI-VIRAL FORMULAafter you perform the TOTAL WOMAN CLEANSE and FULL BODY DETOX. If you become pregnant, switch from detoxing and concentrate on nutrition.

Q: I ordered the DHERBS 10-DAY SUPREME COLON CLEANSE and this is day 3. I have been experiencing a lot of cramping and runny, liquid bowel movements. I have not taken any of the formulas this morning because of the effects I've been having. It's certainly working because in the last movement I passed a lot of mucus. I would like to complete the full 10 days but if these are the side effects I can't go to work this way. I have already taken today off. Should I discontinue the program or cut back on one of the formulas? One last note, I have been sticking with raw fruits and vegetables.

Q: For the past week or so, I've been having short instances of feeling drunk, and I haven't had an alcoholic beverage in several months. It's similar to deja vu but more like a feeling of brief intoxication. I started the TOTAL WOMAN CLEANSE yesterday and I'm on day 2. It seems the frequency has increased throughout the day. Do you know what may be causing this?

We'd need to conduct an interview for me to get to the root of the matter. Consider a consultation. After your TOTAL WOMAN CLEANSEit would be in your best interest to perform the FULL BODY DETOX to reboot your system. You're off somewhere in your body.

Q: Hello, I just started my 9th day on the FBC. With the exception of the 2nd day I have really had a bowel movement. I usually only have a bowel movement once a week. Should I be concerned? Will this interfere with the cleansing process?

    Ready for TMI?

Healthy bowel movements are a marker of good health and naturally part of the bodies detox system. Transit time for food should be a day and a half from mouth to anus. Healthy people have 2-3 bowel movements a day. 1 or less indicates constipation. Once a week is a serious medical concern. Food that hangs around becomes toxic and rots. Colon cancer is of major concern if you are not having at least 1 bowel movement per day. I recommend a salt flush to help aid the removal of built up fecal matter.

To do a salt flush you need:

    1 liter of water purified

2 teaspoons of sea salt or Himalayan rock salt

Drink on an empty stomach. Best done first thing in the morning when you have an hour or two of free time. It tastes terrible but it works. You will have a flush in about a half hour. You could also add some lemon and tiny amount of maple syrup to the mixture to hide the taste. Do not do the flush and then go out in public. Ha! Give yourself time to get it all out. This can be done every season or when you go a day or two without a bowel movement.

Try to avoid salt the day of and after the flush.

If you have a dog you will notice that after each time they eat within 15 minutes they will have a bowel movement. That is a sign of a healthy digestive tract.

A way to check transit time is to eat beets. Note the time of eating the food and when the visible markers of red tinted fecal matter shows up in your toilet bowl.

I eat a 60-90 percent raw, low fat, high carb vegan diet. It is approximately 4pm where I am and I have already had three bowel movements. I average three a day.
