A.D. Dolphin Sits Down With REVOLT.TV To Talk About COVID-19

A.D. Dolphin, CEO of Dherbs Inc., recently sat down with REVOLT.TV. to give his professional opinion on how to keep the immune system strong during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Given that there are over one million cases of COVID-19 (the number as of April 2, 2020), it is common for the general public to experience fear about the pandemic. Are people doing the right things to keep themselves healthy, though?

As A.D. Dolphin explains in his interview, one of the best ways to reduce the risk of contracting the virus is by maintaining a strong immune system. This goes hand in hand with practicing social distancing and proper hand washing. The foods that people are stocking their houses with, however, are non-perishables that are made with processed ingredients, added flavors, excess sugar, saturated & trans fats, and other dyes and chemicals, all of which are not conducive to immune health. As A.D. advises in the interview, it is beneficial to focus on a combination of fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, legumes, and whole grains. Turmeric, citrus fruits, leafy greens, quinoa, ginger, avocados, herbal teas, and more are extremely beneficial for assisting with immune health. He also gives several recommendations for Dherbs products that help to naturally boost immune function (available here).

Ultimately, there will be a global learning curve on how to handle situations like COVID-19 in the future. Informational channels need to be opened sooner so that the public can be aware of the evolving situation at hand, which may help reduce mass hysteria. At this point in time, the best thing to do is abide by social distancing regulations, keep the immune system strong, and to extend love and positivity. As a small business owner, A.D. cannot thank Dherbs’ customers enough for their support during this time. His love goes out to everyone who has been affected by COVID-19 and wishes them a healthier future.
