You can only have the protein powder if its all natural and does not contain any dairy or whey. Hemp seed protein, green pea protein and spirulina are the best types of protein powder allowed on the cleanse.

Q: Is it okay for a person with diabetes to have a fruit smoothie in the mornings during the full body detox?
YES!!!! Just watch your sugar because most diabetics have sugar problems due to bad sugar mixed with good sugar (from fruit -- fructose).
Q: Is necessary to continue food combining after completing FULL BODY DETOX in 20 Days? For example can you consume sweet fruit with sub acid & acid fruit also starches and vegetable (beans) proteins together? I learned in Nutrition that starches (rice) and beans are complete protein when combined together that our body needs. Are you at risk for protein deficiency if consuming vegan diet?

Q: I just started the Full Body Cleanse today! I reviewed the recipe section for ideas but I'm either allergic to the fruit or don't care for the vegetable. Based upon the Full Cleanse process, are there any other food combination or recipes I can do? I made the veggie shake but it was 'spicy' not sure why? Is there anything else I can add? Could you explain a little further? What do you mean by allergic to the fruit? Do you have certain fruit allergies or getting a reaction to the fruit?
Changes in your body are going to occur. Know that your body builds up a culture of bacteria designed to digest your current diet. Your taste buds may have been hijacked by high fat, high sugar, high salt, chemically processed foods. It will take 3 days or more to begin the chance in culture. Also I have heard that the gel from the plant can be mixed into a smoothie, is that true? Greetings! As far as the best brand I really wouldn't know as there are a few good brands on the market. Just make sure your aloe vera juice is at 99% pure and with no additives. Aloe gel can be added to a fruit smoothie though

A: Unfortunately you cannot consume any pre-made store juices or smoothies. Those kind of beverages contain preservatives and additives to help sustain shelf life and is also pasteurized (processed foods).
Q: I am a 55 year old female. I have an overactive bladder. I am trying to control it myself, without medication. I have not tried herbs. I eat fruits, vegetables, grains and proteins (not beef or pork). I added back more meat proteins 1 1/2 years ago because I was becoming so tired and lacking energy. You can add these to your salad! They are exceptions because you are eating them in a salad and tomatoes and cucumbers are veggie-fruits, so they are okay! Avocadoes, tomatoes, cucumbers, etc are okay in your salad!

The herbs work in conjunction with the raw food diet. You would need to consume some vegetables while on the cleanse. Green leafy veggies may be combined with fruit-veggies (cucumbers and tomotoes). Fruit-veggies are really fruit. You can always tell because of the seeds. Technically, anything that contains seeds is a fruit!
