I did the full body cleanse almost 3 months ago and I lost 20 lbs. I put on the lbs back because I never changed my diet. I would like to know if you could email me some diet suggestions from the morning to

    Q: Good morning. I tried the WEIGHT RELEASE CLEANSE AND REGIMEN and followed the diet. I must say that I am amazed at how good I feel. Energetic and focused but alas, I only lost 3 pounds in the 3 weeks. I am 5'5 and currently at 181 pounds. My body is extremely resistant to weight loss. Go with the flow of the body intelligence and trust it. You apparently have an energetic block that prevents you from physically releasing weight (since you've tried other programs). Consider scheduling a consultation so we can get at the energetic/emotional root of your problem. Simply stop worrying about "losing" weight. Focus on what you desire (to see yourself in the size you desire). Don't focus on what you don't want (i.e. to lose weight).

    Q: I'm on my 10th day of the Full body cleanse and I have only dropped like 5 pounds. When I go walking and come back to weigh myself. I see that I'm down like 3 lbs. But, when I weigh myself the next morning, I still only lost 5 pounds. I have lost my appetite completely. I eat fruits and a small salad other than that, I have no desire to eat. I have bowel movements about 3 times a day however, they are not regular size bowel movements. I even had a colonics yesterday, and not much happened with that, no movement.     Q: I have a situation I think you maybe able to help me out with.     Q: Hi, about 4-6 months ago I performed a full body detox, followed up by the 10 day bowel cleanse. Ever since that detox program my periods have changed. Now when I have my period the first day I feel very faint (and sometimes do faint), and feel my energy drain from my body. I proceed to get sick, throw up often, and sweat profusely.     Q: Is there a regime for dementia/Altzheimers like symptoms? My husband was diagnosed hiv+ 6 years ago.     Q: I am on day 17 of the Full Body Detox. It has been wonderful, although I have slipped up and made some bad food choices I have been able to stick to eating salads and Fruit and nuts.     Q: Hello, this is my 2nd time doing the full body cleanse. I did it last year so now I'm doing it again. I started on Monday 3/9 and since have lost 5 lbs. Is that normal? Also why do you recommend Distilled water and not Spring and/or filtered (Brita). I have always drank a lot of water but roughly how many times a day should I urinate and how many times a day should I make a BM? You should be drinking half your body weight in water. Anything you put into your body you can expect it to come out.
