I have a question for you. I love reading your articles and I was reading about the importance of iodine in a vegan diet. I am vegan and I’m scared I’m getting iodine and you wrote that seaweed
would fulfill that need. Did you mean Sushi seaweed, the roasted nori kind? Or fresh seaweed?
I haven’t been able to find fresh seaweed anywhere, except for already prepared seaweed salad. Also, how would you suggest I use the roasted nori seaweed? In smoothies? Because by itself it does
not taste good.
