I have been drinking nettles tea as well as parsley juice and a tea made of marshmallow, gravel and hydrangea roots to control my potassium levels. I have noticed that my potassium numbers are
less controllable now that I do dialysis once or twice a week. I know they give me a “K-bath” and I suspect that it keeps my potassium higher to discourage me from eating fruits
and veggies and to make me feel jittery enough to keep going back. Actually the doctor told me not to juice or eat fruits at all. I will be ordering your FULL BODY DETOX this week, However, I want your input on how to control my potassium.

You control your potassium levels by not worrying about it – eating how God intended you to eat. Beloved, just eat NATURAL food (fruits, vegetables, seed, and nuts) and you’ll be all right. P.S. –
apples and bananas are good sources of potassium!
