I just began the cleanse. My concern is that I am not getting enough
protein. I have been eating nuts, and I will not eat uncooked beans or peas.
What can I do to get more protein while I am on this 20 day regiment?

Great question. There is protein in a lot of the vegetables that we eat. Think about it like this, elephants are vegetarians, and they are some of the biggest/strongest animals around. Eat plenty of leafy green vegetables (kale, spinach, etc.), goji berries, nuts, broccoli, avocados, beets, cauliflower, and asparagus.
