I purchased the FULL BODY DETOX COMPANION booklet and wanted to know if there is a list of starches in the food
combining list. The book I downloaded doesn’t show a list of preferred starches, or am I over looking a page in the book?

Answer by Dherbs

Public

Starches are not on the chart. Most starches are tubers and we don’t promote those. Grains are also starchy foods but these too are not listed. Most tubers and grains are not eaten raw so that’s
why they are not listed.

Q: I just downloaded the ALTERNATIVE DIET AND LIFESTYLES MANUAL. It's an awesome e-book, but I didn't notice specifics as it related to kinds of fruits and vegetables I can eat. Or does that go more into detail with the FULL BODY DETOX COMPANION? As a so-called diabetic, I've been told I can eat certain fruits...Please elaborate.

    A:

Glad you liked the E-Book! The specific fruits and vegetables are listed under the "FOOD COMBINING CHART". (On Home Page) See, you can eat any fruits that you like, they just have to be raw (not cooked) and eaten in accord with the laws of fruit combining.

Q: Is necessary to continue food combining after completing FULL BODY DETOX in 20 Days? For example can you consume sweet fruit with sub acid & acid fruit also starches and vegetable (beans) proteins together? I learned in Nutrition that starches (rice) and beans are complete protein when combined together that our body needs. Are you at risk for protein deficiency if consuming vegan diet?

    A:

IT'S YOUR CHOICE! OF COURSE IT'S BEST TO CONTINUE TO DO SO. IT'S UP TO YOU, BELOVED! I PERSONALLY DON'T RECOMMEND IT. NOT TRUE! YOU CAN'T GET PROTEIN FROM COOKED FOODS REGARDLESS OF WHAT THE FOOD IS. OF COURSE NOT, UNLESS YOU ARE IGNORANT TO PROTEIN, REAL PROTEIN, HOW AND WHERE TO GET IT.

Q: I just purchased the FULL BODY DETOX and I have a question. I work a full time job (office work) and a part time job (cleaning). I'm worried if I will be able to work while doing the detox, I also workout (weight lifting) and with eating raw foods and no cooked food, I'm wondering if I will make it the 3 weeks doing this. I want to detox my body but I'm wondering if I can eat anything else (fish, chicken, baked of course). Can you give me some suggestions on what I can do or do you think I can do my normal things and still be on the detox?

    A:

The human mind can make or break you based upon its conditioning! Just take the cleanse one day at a time and FIND OUT for yourself what the reactions will be. You're all in the future worrying! One day at a time! One day at a time! Take things one day at a time. Read the article â€WHAT IS RAW FOODS†because you're asking about cooked foods and prohibited foods (animal flesh) which the kit clearly states should be avoided for 3-weeks. Always THINK positive in life about everything. Your thoughts create your reality!

Q: Good afternoon, I have recently purchased your Full Body Detox. I am in my mid-50's, have allergies and am sensitive to most things. Since I have allergies and food sensitivities, may I lessen the dosage of the Full Body Detox plan? In other words, take the same amount of product over a longer period of time?

    A:

    DHERBS: Yes!

Is there a way to take some of the pills instead of all of them? Perhaps taking a set of herbs in the morning and then in the evening or even skip a day in between?

DHERBS: If it works for you, then do so!

When starting any new program (especially involving taking medications, vitamins or herbs), I usually start out slowly and build up to the full dosage. Is there a way that this can be done?

DHERBS: Yes, improvise! Do what works best for you, Beloved!

Thank you so much for your assistance. I look forward to your reply.

    DHERBS: You're welcome, Beloved!

Q: I was actually interested in using the FULL BODY DETOX, I know that it comes with a nutritional guide but I wanted to know if it would work if I did not follow a vegan diet. I do not consume a lot of fast food which I am willing to easily give up but I wanted to know how it could work on a moderate none vegetarian diet.

    A:

The RAW FOODS diet is 50% of the FULL BODY DETOX! It won't work without following the diet!

Q: Greetings, do you know of a book that I can purchase that list each organ(main organ) and the emotions it houses. Do you have an article on this subject that I'm unaware of?

    A:

Not really, though individual books cover the subject. Check out "Heal Your Body" by Louise L. Hay. She doesn't really deal with the organs, but she deals with the diseases and if you learn the various diseases of certain organs, you can learn the emotions connected with the organ.

Q: My husband and I have just purchased the FULL BODY DETOX and are anxious to start the healing process. However, I am on several medications (metformin, birth control, multi vitamin & Fish Oil) and in preparation for invitro fertilization. My concern is that the detox may interfere with this process or be potential harmful to a newly placed embryo. Is this true? I'd really like to do the cleanse prior to my expected pregnancy, which is possible within the next 6 weeks, Is the FULL BODY DETOX right for me?

    A:

Based upon the information you provided, due to the drugs you are taking, NO! The detox will not interfere with your process. Your concern is not with Nature's herbs, but man-made drugs which are so harmful and dangerous to the body. The detox would actually benefit you guys and 6 weeks is enough time to perform the FULL BODY DETOX and cleanse your body of the toxins from all the chemicals you have ingested and prepare your womb to hold sacred human life.

Q: Hi, I am currently in the second week of the Full Body Detox. It was my decision to do this cleanse because I will be having a breast reduction surgery coming up on February 1, 2008 and I wanted my body to be in the healthiest condition possible (I have previously read the Toxic Tits article, but feel this is my last resort). This will be my first major surgery and I wanted to know what supplements and/or teas would be beneficial to ensure a speedy recovery. Along with my Full Body Detox, I also purchased the Khemetian Gold, OxyDrops, and Vitamin C Formula. I have a history of iron-deficiency anemia also and I purchased some blackstrap molasses, but do I need to take anything else for that? I read that Vitamin C was good for healing, but what other herbal formulas/supplements should I purchase? Thank you and God bless you for all the wonderful work you are doing. I have already referred several people to your site, so keep up the good work! Also, would missing a couple capsules of the formulas in my FBD reduce the effectiveness of it? Thank you for your words of acknowledgment. Much obliged!

    A:

Beloved, sounds like you ordered all the right stuff to facilitate healing. The only thing I could think of for you to add would be the IRON PHOSPHATE FORMULA!

Q: In the Full Body Detox booklet it states I can have wild rice if I need something warm. I really don't like wild rice, but can I make myself a vegetable soup which I prefer. To me its more filling then the rice.

    A:

DHERBS: Sure! Simply eat your vegetable soup instead of wild rice.

Also I have been having sweet cravings lately. Is there anyone, besides mental will power to overcome this craving.

DHERBS: The root cause is emotional, however, try drinking Licorice Root or Cinnamon tea during your detox. Your detox may be detoxing some old stale emotions from the 4th chakra (love center).

Q: I started my FULL BODY DETOX yesterday and so far so good. I have been reading books off of the book list you provided in the ALTERNATIVE DIET AND LIFESTYLES MANUAL. I really have great expectations for this detox. Anyway to my question since I have started the detox I can actually feel my organ (I am assuming) moving around. It almost feel like the motion of a child but I know I am not pregnant (hubby had a vasectomy) and plus the sensation is up too high. Have you experienced this yourself or know some else that has experienced this. I have to admit that I have not drank the daily recommended amount of water I am suppose to but I have been eating raw foods and drinking herbal teas.

    A:

People experience all kinds of things but most report their overall experience, not beginning ones. At this point I don't know what the case could be. Just trust in the healing process and take notes of your daily experiences. This is how you learn about your body. Good luck on your cleanse!
