I see also that you recommend a complete diet with these programs. I am guessing its a vegan diet right? I wanted to ask something on that is coconut milk and coconut oils ok for that? I
personally had a very hard time trying to eat that many vegetables and many ph balance vegans seem to think fruits aren?t good either. I eat that many vegetables one it tears me up the next day and
two I just cant consume enough calories that way. I can try and make up for it by eating things like almonds but I eat to many almonds I get the same problem the next day. Now coconut milk
(unsweetened) and a digestive enzyme works for me for picking up extra calories…. but I hear very conflicting information about coconut and its saturated fat content. Is it ok to use daily as a
part of the diet for cleansing?

And your oxy-drops are those the same as the drop for ph balancing water?? Or is it something different? I am wanting to start lifting weights as I need to put on some muscle and I?m wondering if
its something that would be beneficial in combating muscle soreness by increased oxygen in the body.

The diet we recommend is vegan-based, and RAW FOODS. Fresh fruits, vegetables, raw nuts and seeds are ideal.

Coconut Milk and Coconut Oil are excellent products to have in your diet. The healthy fats will keep you fuller.

Oxy-Drops can help balance your electrolytes that need to be replenished after a workout in order to keep your body performing efficiently.

Q: Yes coconut oil maybe natural but I go thru 3-4 jars per week, 1-1/2 a jar a day, not only is it making me broke out I do not think all that saturated fat is good for me. I know I lack a lot of protein and other vitamins in my diet. Could this lack of essential nutrition cause this weird craving? I don't know if it is the massive loss of blood due to the fibroids.

    A:

I think you know the answer for yourself. Therefore, stop eating the coconut oil. Take some vitamins and minerals and see if this helps. Sounds like PICA, a nutritional deficiency which causes cravings. Blood loss most certainly will cause loss of nutrients.

Q: I purchased the children's detox and received it a couple of days ago. After reading the pamphlet that came with it, I was wondering where/what kind of milk can I purchase for my baby while she is on the detox? For example it said almond, soy, rice milk... can I buy the regular boxed almond, soy, rice milk? Or if I am going to use coconut milk, can I use the canned coconut milk?

    A:

Yes, you can use almond, coconut, or any other nut milk. We do not reccomend soy.

Q: I read that you do not recommend coconut oil, because of its thickness. Do you believe that coconut butter is healthy for human consumption? Thank you all the knowledge you generously share.

    A:

Actually, coconut oil is healthier for human consumption than coconut butter. Both are derived from a natural food source - the coconut, and thus may be consumed. Now as far as what the most healthiest oil, I don't think we can say it's coconut oil.

Q: I just ordered the FULL BODY DETOX and I know there's a dietary regimen that I will have to follow. I was wondering if you would approve of a protein shake that consist of (raw hemp protein powder, raw almond butter, sea salt, flax seed, 100% young coconut water & meat inside the coconut, raw carob powder,) (optional soy or rice milk or soy or rice cream)

    A:

Doesn't sound like it will mess up your FULL BODY DETOX. Go for it! But leave out the rice/soy cream! The rice milk is okay (but it is processed/cooked)!

Q: I am interested in starting the Full Body Detox program. At this time, I would like to know which program is best for me. At current, I have started removing things from my diet as of 2 weeks ago (pork, chicken, red meat, I'm trying with the fish but it's hard!) I am not eating cheese but I still eat yogurt and every now and then I will eat a boiled egg (egg whites). I have removed soda from my diet, no coffee, I drink herbal or green tea, pomegranate juice or orange juice and I drink filtered water (I have a countertop filter that I change every 6 months and the Brita pitcher that I change every 2 months). Along with the supplement, is there an eating plan that you can suggest for me? I am eating more fruits and vegetables, but I would welcome suggestions on certain foods that I can eat while I begin my cleansing.

    A:

The Full Body Detox kit comes with a prescribed dietary plan and notifies a person what they can and cannot eat during the detox.

Q: I have read about your detox system on your site and others. Here is the product that I am thinking about purchasing: Full Body Detox I have some questions... 1) Is there a diet plan or eating plan that comes with this order? and 2) I have 100 pounds to lose and am thinking about going on the Medifast plan. That is a high (vegetable) protein diet with no fruit and not a lot of vegetables allowed. Would these supplements in the detox plan help my organs that might be taxed a bit on this diet with very little vegetables and no fruit? I am skeptical about #2...I think raw fruits and vegetables are so important inour diets, yet, I do need to drop weight fast. I look forward to any thoughts that you might have.

    A:

Yes, the Full Body Cleanse comes with a dietary regimen prescribing an all-raw foods diet (fruits, vegetables, raw nuts and seeds). This means no meat, dairy, grains, or processed foods.

Q: I am on my 3rd day of the fully body cleansing. I am definitely doing this to lose weight. I am a 52 year old, black, Christian, wife, mother to 21 and 14 year old girls, legal secretary who is 450 lbs. I am to the point now where if I don't do this I'm going to be housebound. I can barely move some days that is why I started this because I feel so unhealthy. I have a question about the nuts. I got all gun-ho and ordered $135.00 worth of organic nuts from nuts.com. I got raisins, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, almonds, walnuts, pecans, pistachios and cashews and mixed them all up together (well I purchased 2 lbs of each but I only mixed up 1 lb of each together). Anyway, I was reading about how much calories are in nuts. Should I not pay attention to that because I was consuming a lot of calories in the first place or do I have to watch how many nuts I eat? I have put some nuts in a sandwich bags and basically filled it up and that is supposed to be my nuts ration for the day. I am also eating fruits and vegetables. So far the fruit have been grapes, grapefruit, red apples, pears, green apples and bananas. The vegetables have all been in a salad: tomatoes, celery spinach leaves, carrots, mixed in balsamic vinaigrette. I only ate the salad Monday night all the other times I have just eaten the fruit and nuts. I am also consuming approximately 75-100 oz of water. Sorry I’m long winded I just wanted you to get the entire picture.

    A:

Thanks for the question, I can definitely help you.

I am currently writing an eBook for www.dherbs.com called "Losing weight the healthy way." I have been a weight loss counselor for many years. I am also a health coach, personal trainer, bodymind nutritionist, and a vegan lifestyle coach.

When it comes to weight loss most programs want you to lose weight to get healthy. My mindset is to get healthy and lose weight.

In my health/fitness/nutrition coaching program www.theveganeffect.com I use a lowfat/high carb/ high raw/ nutrient dense/ high alkaline diet to achieve long term weight loss success. So far I am 100 percent in getting clients long lasting weight loss. If you are interested in my program please fill out the health history form on the side of the web page. We could have a free 1 hour initial consultation over skype to see how I can best help you.

Nuts are best kept to a minimum if you use them at all. Nuts are extremely high in fat and have the opposite omega 3- omega 6 ratio that is optimal for health. Seeds are best as far as ratios are concerned. Also nuts are truly easy to over eat and cause your nutrient ratios to be off.

A healthy vegan diet is a high raw fruitarian diet.

    Example:

Breakfast: green smoothie. (500-1000 calories of fruits blended with a handful of greens and water)

Bridge: Dates and strawberries (500 calories)

Lunch: Salad with low sugar fruits (cucumber, tomato, squash, bell peppers) topped with fruit, beans, psuedo grains,

    Bridge: 2-3 apples

Dinner: Raw wraps (collard greens) with low sugar fruit and tahini

    Snack: Sorbet

    Hope this helps

Q: Hi Dherbs.com, My question is regarding fibroids. I have been told I have had fibroids about the size of someone 3 months pregnant. I have been told there are two in clusters. They gave me the diameters, but I don't have that information at this time. My OB/GYN has told me he believes it is causing me to be slightly anemic. I have been trying some remedies on my own like more exercise and a change in diet. My primary physician does not recommend surgery she has me taking iron ferrous sulfate supplements twice per day to help with my iron count. It seems to be helping. The only problem I have with taking the iron supplements is that it sometimes causes constipation and I am normally pretty regular. I usually eliminate 2 times per day sometimes 3. My OB/GYN on the other hand keeps pushing for me to having surgery. They had me take BC pills, however I took myself off of them because they made me sick. I took them only for 6 months. I'm 45 and have never taken BC pills ever and I don't want to start now. I've never been pregnant. I flow heavy on my 2nd and 3rd day heavy and after that it is manageable. My cycle has improved however I want to reduce the flow on those days if possible and of course dissolve the fibroid if at all possible. Doctors tell me they won't go away unless removed. I used to be on my cycle for 7 days and 4 of those days were heavy. Now I'm normally on for 4 days and only the 2nd and 3rd day are heavy. I know that as I reach menopause they may shrink in size, however I'm still always off from that. I eat no red meat however I do eat fish and poultry. I eat a pretty good balance of vegetables and fruits, mostly raw and steamed. I drink lactaid milk. I don't eat much dairy except cheese and eggs occasionally. I do have a weakness, I love potato chips. I know this is not good. I can feel the fibroid get bigger when I eat them. When I stop for a period of time it decreases in size. At least I feel like it does. I'm not a sugar craver, however during the week before my cycle I'll crave sweets. I usually resist. I feel it's my diet that has caused the fibroids as well as every female in my family has had a hysterectomy due to fibroids. I think it is also hereditary as well. Whatever the case I'd like to know what regimen can you put me on that will help me? The goal is to reduce or dissolve the size of the fibroid so it is not affecting my iron level. I'm also starting to see my abdomen get bigger when I've always had a flat stomach. Perhaps this is me just getting older, however I think it's the fibroids. Constant low levels over time can't be good. I hope I have provided you enough information to give me your recommendation. If not please feel free to e-mail me for any additional information you need. I'm looking for a natural cure. Outside of this condition I'm in very good health. No problem with weight, high blood pressure or high cholesterol. I'm pretty athletic and active as well. Please advise. I look forward to your recommendation. Also, how much per month will these products cost and how many months do the kits last? How do you recommend I buy them? By kit or individual? Thank you for your time!

    A:

I recommend you perform the FULL BODY DETOX kit followed by the FIBRIOD BUSTER CLEANSE AND REGIME. Perform them back to back. Take a break for about a month and perform both of them again. Six weeks on and six weeks off. While your off of these 2 kits, take individual formulas of IRON PHOSPHATE FORMULA, FIBRIOD BUSTER, and MOON CYCLE FORMULA. In re iron, you are taking POISON! The kind of iron you are taking is poisonous and mixes with sulfur in your body which creates constipation. I suggest Dherbs IRON PHOSPHATE FORMULA which is 100% all-natural with absolutely no adverse side effects! Also, you have to improve your diet. Nothing greatly causes fibroids than DAIRY PRODUCTS! The meat, potato chips, dairy, etc. is filling up your trashbags (tumors). Go VEGAN and RAW FOODS! Start reading some of our free health articles, i.e. â€FIBROID TUMORSâ€, â€WHAT IS RAW FOODSâ€, etc. Dherbs products can greatly help you and you'll see and/or feel the difference (as long as you don't cheat on your diet). There is much help for you!

Q: Hi, I just emailed you the other day. I hope I'm not getting on your nerves but you have so many products that it's hard to decide which to buy first. But you did suggest three programs for me already. I was reading some info you gave on Candida yeast infections and you mentioned to start with the 10 day supreme Candida cleanse for severe infection and since I do consider my problem severe because I've been dealing with it for 21 years and it has gotten worse, I was wondering if I could start with the 10 day Candida cleanse then do the full body detox then the total woman cleanse and finally the 10 day supreme colon cleanse. You are offering discounts on some of your products so I'll be able to start these programs right away. What do you think? I value you your opinion. Thanks for responding so quickly.

    A:

Change your diet: go raw foods/vegan - no meats, no dairy products, no refined grains Perform FULL BODY DETOX (FBD). Afterwards perform the TOTAL WOMAN CLEANSE,

Q: What's the best way to start on a vegan/raw food diet? I am not sure what to eat to make sure I would get a nutritious diet-you may not be able to go into that much detail but how can I get sample meal plans for breakfast, lunch and dinner incorporating this type of diet-perhaps there is somewhere on the web I find something like this? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

    A:

If I do say myself, the best way to start a raw food diet is to be coached by me. I run a 6 month health coaching program that is 60-90 percent raw and 100 percent vegan/gluten free/ allergy free. You can find out more about my program at www.theveganeffect.com. I am running a special of half off my program if you sign up before march 1st.

Here are some other tips to get started.

1: Join a raw food meetup group or community. Surround yourself with supportive people who can point you in the right direction. Try meetup.org or 30bananasaday.com

2: Read books like "beauty detox solution" by snyder, "80/10/10" by Dr. Graham., or "The Paradigm diet" by Adam Dave

3: Start simple with breakfast. Always start your day with a green smoothie. read "Green smoothie revolution" by forget authors name at the moment. heh.

A sample meal plan would be.

    Breakfast: Green smoothie

Bridge: raw bar, handful of nuts or seeds, or fruit

Lunch: Raw wraps made from collard greens. use a base of tahini, hummus, or nut butter. Fill with sprouts and colorful veggies

Bridge: raw bar, handful nuts or seeds, or fruit

Dinner: Raw pasta with a large salad

    Snack: Sorbet

    Hope that answers your question,

Q: I am an underweight but healthy 26 year old female. I would like to maintain my weight and I use organic canned coconut milk in my grain hot cereal. Is canned organic coconut milk acidic? If so, what brands are alkaline?

    A:

Anything canned is going to be acidic. What ever you use for make, let it be raw. Raw coconut milk fresh from the coconut is alkaline.

I remember just recently e-mailing you on this inquiry. Your diet MUST CHANGE! Consider full fledged RAW FOODS and VEGAN diet during your healing transition. Lactaid milk is HORRIBLE for you. Did you read our â€FIBROID TUMORS†article?????? You need to keep on performing FULL BODY DETOX followed by Fibroid Buster kit and regimen, back to back! Continuously! Detoxing must become a lifestyle for you! For iron, consider Dherbs.Com IRON PHOSPHATE FORMULA and MOON CYCLE FORMULA. Also, consider a telephone consultation because time is greatly limited in writing back in response to inquiries. There is much healing for you, Beloved!

Q: While doing a candida cleanse, it was told to me that I should be following a raw food diet full of fruits and vegetables. Fruits have high sugar content and can feed a candida overgrowth, as it is a well known fact that candida albicans thrive on sugar. How can I justify eating fruits high in sugar? Thank you for your comments. Ozzy

A: Yes, when you have a candida issue it's best to avoid refined sugar. Sugar from a natural source like fruits should be consumed moderately. In your case it would be best to consume fruits mainly in the mornings for breakfast when your body maximizes on food the most, avoiding the ones that are very high in sugar.

Q: First, I want to thank you for your time the other evening. Your information was very informative and helpful. Next, I have a few questions pertaining to the detox and the other services you provide. 1. Will going from a traditional American diet to a raw food diet cause my body to become ill in the beginning or go into "shock" from all the good foods I'll be eating? If so, is there any way to ease in to this plan?

A: While your body may experience a change as a result of the raw foods diet, you will not experience any adverse symptoms. Our products are 100% all-natural and only enhance your body.

Q: I was diagnosed with breast cancer about 18 months ago and I've been treating the tumor wholistically with no chemo or radiation. The tumor has gradually gotten smaller but I'm concerned that the progress could be improved if my diet was better. I get conflicting information about eating fruits while trying to maintain a high alkaline diet. Should people healing cancer eat fruit?

    A:

Fruits are predominantly alkaline but most warnings about fruit while having cancer stems from the sugars in fruit which cancer can thrive in which is why many healers recommend vegetables instead of fruits. All live foods are good for you when there is cancer because live foods have enzymes.

Q: I was wondering in your list you include foods that are classified as acidic (AC). I thought we were to avoid acidic foods so we can stay alkaline or do we need some acidic foods? I am guessing that there is a better explanation but please let me know. My partner and I have changed our diet after watching your videos and Dr Sebi’s video and we are very curious about this.

    A:

I TRUST YOU READ MY ARTICLE THAT COVERS THESE FOODS BELOW. BELOVED, ACID FOODS ARE NOT BAD (UNHEALTHY) AND IN FACT YOU NEED SOME ACID FOODS TO BALANCE OUT THE DIET. THE PROBLEM IS WITH ACID-FORMING FOODS (COOKED FOODS: MEAT, DAIRY, REFINED STARCHES, REFINED GRAINS, ETC.). SO THERE'S A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ACID FOODS AND ACID-FORMING FOODS. AND YOU DO KNOW THAT MOST OF WHAT WE ARE EATING IS HYBRIDIZED, RIGHT? WE ARE NOT IN CONTROL OF WHAT WE ARE EATING TODAY. EVEN DR. SEBI EATS HYBRIDIZED FOODS. HE CAN'T HELP IT. WE DON'T CONTROL THE FOOD SUPPLY. REMEMBER, MA'AM: BALANCE IN ALL THINGS. SOME ACID FOODS ARE GOOD AND NECESSARY BUT ACID-FORMING FOODS ARE UNHEALTHY AS THEY CREATE MUCUS IN THE BODY.

What could this be? I just ordered the BLOOD AND LYMPHATIC FORMULA should that help? If not what could I use for this skin problem?

Walnuts are good to eat during the Full Body Cleanse. Distilled water is the best water during the Full Body Cleanse, but your filtered water would also be okay to drink during the cleanse.

Q: I have heard that there are tremendous benefits in taking coconut oil - three teaspoons every day before a meal. I have high cholesterol ( I just ordered your cholesterol herbs). Can I still take the coconut oil everyday or will this make my cholesterol go up?

A: Coconut Oil has tremendous health benefits. You should absolutely include it as part of your diet regimen.
