I started the full body detox today, and found that I DO NOT like the salad dressing I made with the olive oil, apple cider vinegar and lemon juice. I found I could not tolerate it on my salad.
What can I do instead? Another question is… I noticed lentils on the food combining chart. Those have to be cooked. Are those actually allowed to be consumed warm? I love the raw fruits and
vegetables. I don?t have a problem, cause I love salads. I just need help on what I can have on it.

As for lentils, you are NOT allowed to have them while on the cleanse.

    1. Instead of splenda, use agave, stevia, or grade b maple syrup as a sweetener.

    2. In re Salad Dressing, an organic and natural one is great. You can also check our website for salad dressing recipes.

    3. The fiber pills are not part of the cleanse, so we wouldn't advise those. Fruit is you best choice of fiber so look into eating more papaya, mango, figs, etc. And yes, colonics (and enemas) would greatly help you - undoubtedly!

    4. You can do the Female Cleanse right after you finish detoxing. There's no need to wait!

    Q: I was wondering if it is okay to mix Mrs. Dash season blend with Olive Oil as a dressing for my salad? It tastes real bad with just Olive Oil alone, and I don't like the bitterness taste of lemon juice, and apple vinegar cider.     Q: I just completed the Full Body Cleanse about two weeks ago and started the Pancreas Formula for my pancreas... I don?t have the money for the full kit but after the Full Body Cleanse I?ve notice my blood averaging +-200.....it had reached a low of 124 during detox. I bought cromium and have used it since the onset of detox at about 1200 mcg per day! My Pancreas is a piece of crap!!!!!     Precancerous cells? LOL!!! This is a fraud to scare people (women) and it works too! Pre cancerous cells means PRE = BEFORE, cancerous cells. Precancerous cells are normal cells and thus there's no need to worry. This is just an excuse to incite fear in you and have you allow them to put you on drugs and/or perform surgery.     Q: I am currently serving in Iraq. I started your 20-day Full Body Cleanse and I have a question about diet. The food that is served to Soldiers is terrible here! The fruits and vegetables are laced with pesticides. So there really isn?t a good source of nutrition here. My question is should I continue with my detox even though I'm fighting a losing battle?     Q: I just started the Full Body Cleanse today! I reviewed the recipe section for ideas but I'm either allergic to the fruit or don't care for the vegetable.     Could you explain a little further? What do you mean by allergic to the fruit? Do you have certain fruit allergies or getting a reaction to the fruit? 

    Changes in your body are going to occur. Know that your body builds up a culture of bacteria designed to digest your current diet. Your taste buds may have been hijacked by high fat, high sugar, high salt, chemically processed foods. It will take 3 days or more to begin the chance in culture. You will find as your body cleanses your taste buds will be significantly different.

    Q: I started my Full Body Cleanse today do I have to take it at those times specified? Also it is recommended to eat raw, however I never saw Organic mentioned. Organic is extremely costly here in Philly and you have to go a distance to get organic. What do you suggest?

    No, you don't have to take it at the specified times. It's just a reference to give you an idea of how to spread out taking the individual formulas.

    Eating organic food is best, but not prescribed as we all don't have access to organic foods. As long as you stay RAW, you should still receive the benefits of the cleanse.

    Q: Started my Full Body Cleanse; I?ve been on it for a week :) Love it! Will this regulate my menstrual cycle? Because I have one every three weeks to the date and I have not received the second one for this month and have not been sexually active.     Q: Today makes day 9 of my FULL BODY DETOX (FBD). This morning I have an outbreak on my hand. I have been practicing telling myself I am Healing, but my job is stressful and yesterday I had a stressful day and this morning the outbreak on my right hand. Could this be part of my healing process? Can you suggest what I can do to alleviate the stress at work so this will not block my healing process of herpes? I am following the diet; however I have been kind of burnt out at times on the salads so I at least eat a salad and a bowl of steamed brown rice and frozen green peas that are steamed for 3 min. Is that considered following the diet? I still eat my fruit for breakfast daily, my salad for lunch and steamed broccoli (5min) and for dinner another salad, but for a few days I have eaten the rice and steam green peas. I basically want to know is it alright so if I eat it in the future.

    You have to learn to deal with your stress and stop reacting to it. Your subconscious mind is greatly blocked and therefore you have to realize your healing will come very slow. At a deep level you still believe herpes is incurable and your body is giving you this (despite the healing crisis of outbreaks on the hand). Your dietary deviation is understandable and not that bad but if you are tiring of salads opt for other things to eat.     Q: I have purchased and started your FULL BODY DETOX (FBD) but I need your advice. I'm a so-called diabetic, I'm not overweight 5'9" 140lbs. I've read many of your articles including the one titled "Can I take my medication with FBD?" The first day I started the detox, I didn't take my meds and all I ate was fruits and veggies but my blood sugar was higher than it had been in a long time...356 to be exact. So I stopped and started this week, while taking my meds and it's still been higher than normal...in the 200's range. I understand that you stated that the herbs would be working against the meds since they're considered poisons in the body. My concern is this, I want to continue to cleanse my body but I don't want my blood sugar to stay out of control for an extended period of time...for obvious reasons.     Like we clearly and unequivocally explain in so many of our articles, the body is and will regulate itself and you will see this via fluctuation. Levels will be up and down and inconsistent. Your body is going to heal in its own way so if you are concerned about high levels for extended periods of time, you may want to take your meds and refrain from taking the herbs until your levels reach a level you feel safe with.     Q: Today was my first day of Full Body Cleanse, but I only made it through formula 1. After taking formula one, I started feeling dizzy and nauseous. I vomited a few times, and then I tried to eat something before taking formula two. Before I could take the pills, I began to vomit again. This was three hours ago, and I still haven't stopped. Blood came up a few times and a few green and yellow fluids. At this point, I have nothing on my stomach and everything I eat comes back up. Please help?     The toxicity in your body is trying to be expelled. Try lowering the dosage with only 2-3 capsules of each formula and see if you can tolerate that, and then try to work your way back up to the 5 capsules once your body assimilates.

    Q: I am currently doing the Full Body Cleanse and my "meal" is typically a salad. To keep it interesting, I add different vegetables and fruits to it. I am not creative enough to think of other meals that I can possibly eat that consists of only raw foods. Any suggestions. I am struggling and I have two weeks to go.

    A typical detox raw food program looks like this

    Breakfast:

    Green smoothie: 1 1/2- 2 cups water / 1 cup greens / 3-5 medium pieces of fruit blended.

    Bridge: 2-3 medium sized fruits

    Lunch:

    Raw Wraps: collard greens as wraps/ tomato, cucumber, bell pepper / fresh herbs / Sauce (salsa/tahini/guacamole/ etc))

    Dinner:

    Raw pasta: Zuchini sliced with a potato peeler / veggies / Homemade pasta sauce made in blender / sprouted quinoa or legumes 

    Snack: Sorbet: Blended frozen fruit in a blender
