I would like to know what are the benefits of green food drinks (superfoods as I’ve heard them called) and how often could I drink them in a day. Thank you in advance for your wisdom!

The benefits are all positive: alkaline, energizing, nutritious, rich in chlorophyll, antioxidant, etc. and you can drink them as much as you like, just like many people drink wine, beer, coffee,
Kool-Aid, milk, etc. as much as they like and never worry about it. It’s all good!
