Sir, I’m trying to be brave about my situation but because my breast is rock hard and from my nipple to my underarm looks like a tree stump it’s very hard to concentrate on anything else. I just
don’t want to get my breast cut off and I’m just praying that your herbs will help. I started on some herbs when all this started and did not see any changes except for maybe my breast getting worst.
I’m not sure if I am asking a question or just merely expressing my feelings and thoughts.

Beloved, where thought goes energy flows. You need to work on controlling your concentration. If not, what you fear will appear. This is law! Herbs will take time to heal just as it took time for
the problem to develop and eventually manifest. Patience is required for Nature to do her thing. The herbs will help but true healing is within the mind.

    Q: Dear Sir, I was told that you were going to be sending me an email about my situation. I've wrote you a few times giving you bits and pieces of information it seems. Now that whole area is hard and red. I got an ultrasound done and it revealed that I have swelling and cystic form in my breast. They want to do a biopsy but I am against it from what happened last time. Now I have pain in my arm also and at night I can barely sleep. I am at my wits end and don't know what to do except maybe go ahead and let me cut my breast. I have started your Detox program and I know it's working on my body but I don't want if it's doing anything for my swollen tissue inside my breast. I have lost my concentration because I'm constantly reminded about my breast because of the pain. I am a full time student but I'm thinking about dropping out of my classes until this issue is resolved because I can't focus on anything but the pain right now. I went a different doctor on 10/27/08 and they did a cvc (whatever that is) looking for an infection inside my body. The test came back normal, but my scheduled ultrasound is not for another week and I've told them that I'm in pain and need something done now. But they said that's the first available time.

    It appears the pain is just too unbearable for you and as such you may have to give in to the surgery in order to get immediate but short term relief. I had a friend who experienced what you experienced and the pain was so unbearable she couldn't sleep. I felt for her and I feel for you.     Q: My question is that if my lymphatic system leading to my breast is clogged, is that why my breast is hard and swollen and will your recommendation help with this area also?

    Yes, If it's hard, the clogging is caused by mucus, arterial plaque, etc. Breast tissue is normally soft so if it's not soft, then something is making it hard.     Q: My wife is having problems, breast feeding. Complaints of soreness, and pain. She alternates between soy, and the breast milk, to give breast time to heal. We are also considering the IUD, for birth control. I suggested to her the diaphragm, or herbs. She doesn't trust the two. Also, what books would you reccomend that deals with the metaphysics of the body?

    The soy milk is really not a good alternative milk. Please read the article on "Alternative Infant Formula Milk," as well as the article "Breast Problems." You'll find answers and remedies in these articles. Herbs are better than inserting some man-made device in the vagina, but it's her choice. Everything has a resonating energy, and the energy from the gadget will alter her vaginal energy.

    Q: Hi. I'm a 39 year old female who had a lump in her breast removed but it came back six months later. So I tried a poultice for three days on it and I don't know what went wrong.     Q: I have a daughter that had a sporadic and spontaneous breast discharge in 2006. I took her to a breast specialist and he explained what he thought it might be.     Q: Hi I have a soon to be 5 month old. What are your thoughts about how long a mother should breast-feed? What foods should be introduced? I currently breast feed, and what to keep my sons immunity up. Thanks!

    The proper time for solid foods is at the time the teeth come in (for chewing purposes). However, you can feed a baby puree'd foods beginning at age 6 months. A woman should breastfeed if she can for 2 years, or until the teeth come in and/or the baby doesn't want breastmilk anymore. The first foods should be puree'd fruits followed by vegetables. But never grains (at least for the first 2 years of life).

    Q: I recently started a natural breast enhancement routine. I am using fenugreek seed, mint tea, and licorice. After I purchased the licorice, I noticed you can only take it for 4 - 6 weeks. I think maybe I should be taking something for 3 months. Should I get something different such as red clover, and saw palmetto to take with fenugreek, or stick with the licorice for the 6 weeks to see what happens any advice is greatly appreciated!

    Q: I had plastic Surgery a breast implant on JUNE 23 AND BY JULY 30 -They have to be removed proteases because I got and infection /bacteria called Mica -Fortuitism and the doctor gave me antibiotics name Levoflxacina 500 mg -1 per day, I have been taking them for the last 5 weeks.     Q: Hello, I've always heard that people can't "Spot loose" when it comes to weight, however, I've done it but don't really know what it was that cause the "spot weight" lose. My question and dilemma is: I tend to gain weight in my breast area and mid section but no where else. I am apple shaped. I know it isn't good for the heart and I want to loose mostly my breast. What would you recommend eating or not and what type of exercise would you recommend. Thank you!

    Spot losing is a myth or sorts. I'm not saying it can't happen but it's highly unlikely and completely uncontrollable. Your body picks and chooses where it gains/loses weight and they are not always in the same spots. Some people gain weight proportionately and some gain it in certain spots (hips, thighs, breasts, belly). I do get asked this question a lot from women "How do I lose weight in my gut or hip area but not in my breast?". The truth is that there is no real answer for that.  Your own spot loss was probably just luckiness and apararently exactly where you needed it to.

    As far as eating is concerned nothing causes the body to fat more than these two things. One is a high nutrient density, high alkaline, high raw, low fat, vegan diet. The other is juice fasting. Both are extremely helpful.

    Foods know and studied to cause weight loss are beans, greens, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, raw apple cider vinegar, oatmeal, and fruits and veggies. Noe of which have been conclusive in causing the body to lose fat in certain spots of the body.

    The best and most efficient exercises for weight loss are cardio exercises. That is however only part of the equation. Learning how to interval train is your most efficient way to burn fat. You may burn more fat at 60 percent of your maximum heart rate but if you interval train where you change your intensity and heart rate you burn more calories in less time and more fat. Also with low intensity cardio the burn effect ends when you end your training as where interval training keeps your metabolism stoked for hours after training maximizing your burn.

    Here is an example of interval training

    4:30 seconds warm up (moderate speed)

    30 seconds sprint

    4:30 seconds recovery (moderate speed)

    30 seconds sprint

    4:30 seconds recovery (moderate speed)

    Continue intervals for anywhere from 20-30 minutes

    The second best way is to do high rep, low - moderate weight exercises. Circuit training where you go from one exercise to another with as little as 30 seconds rest in between sets.

    Here is an example:

    Jumping jacks 1 minute

    Crunches 1 minute

    Pushups 1 minute

    Squats 1 minute

    3 sets of 12 alternating lunge to shoulder press

    3 sets chest press x 12

    3 sets of bent over rows x 12

    3 sets of bicep curls

    3 sets of triceps extensions

    1 minute of jump squats

    1 minute of Lunge and press

    You want to focus more on exercises that move more than one muscle. Focus on compound exercises (squats, pushups/chest press, pull-up/lat pull downs). Also focus on exercises that make you move like jumping jacks, mountain climbers, and burpees.
