This is my 3rd day on the cleanse. Last night I woke up around 2:00 am and I couldn’t rest because I was having cramping in my thighs and buttock area. It was uncomfortable. I got up and
stretched, walked, took a epsom salt bath. Finally after 3 hours I was able to rest. When I went to work when I am actively moving around I am fine. But, when I sit for any period of time my leg and
buttock cramp. What suggestions might you have? I am pleased with the cleanse, but I would like to remedy this uncomfortable feeling. I have increased my H2O and potassium through eating more than 1

Sounds like a circulation problem! Start getting up to move around or stretch every 15-30 minutes! be religious in doing this!
Sounds like you also need more potassium too. One banana isn’t going to get the job done. You need to eat at least 5 bananas for minimum potassium. Otherwise, start taking 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in a cup of water (with a pinch of sea salt added to it) for minimum potassium.
We would also recommend that you get a massage, preferably therapeutic deep tissue massage.
