Q: I am a woman who happens to be diabetic and now I am pregnant. I would like to know what foods I should eat and restrain from while I am still pregnant. I am also taking insulin to keep my blood sugar levels low enough as not to harm my baby. They are telling me I need to eat dairy and meat to meet the dietary requirements for a healthy baby. Please help me.

    A:

Congratulations on your pregnancy. New life is such a wonderful thing!

We recommend that you drink our Pancreas tea (1-2 cups a day).

Eat plenty of cinnamon, ginger, and cayenne pepper. Abstain from dairy products and meat products. If anything, eat meat-less (vegan) alternatives -- you can find plenty in our Alternative Diet and Lifestyle Manual ($11).

Eat plenty of nutrient-rich fruits and vegetables. You can eat steamed vegetables and brown and/or wild rice (with vegan chicken if you like). Just switch meat for vegan products and switch to non-dairy products or dairy alternatives (which can be found in the Alternative Diet and Lifestyle manual) in order to receive the necessary nutrition without any harmful side effects.

For great nutrition for your baby, we recommend the following Dherbs formulas: PRE-NATAL FORMULA, VITAMIN C FORMULA, ELECTRIC GREENS, and Iodine Formula.

For natural sugar, try Stevia, Agave Nectar, and/or Grade B maple syrup.

Q: I am nine weeks pregnant and having a difficult time. Before I was pregnant I was on an incredible herbal regimen that had me feeling like superwoman. But my herbalist is not very knowledgeable of what herbs are safe for pregnant women. I eat healthy, taken all-natural prenatal vitamins, but would like to do more to get that "Superwoman" feeling back. Is there a book u could recommend that might help educate me as to which herbs are safe and which to avoid during pregnancy?

    A:

I know the feeling you're talking about. There are many books on herbs and pregnancy.

    Check out these 2 books:

"Herbal Healing For Women" by Rosemary Gladstar

"The Complete Woman's Herbal" by Anne McIntyre

Herbs to avoid while pregnant include all OXYTOCIC herbs or herbs that make the uterus contract, i.e. Black Haw, Beth Root, Black Cohosh, Blue Cohosh, etc.; all ABORTAFACIENT (abortion-inducing herbs) such as Pennyroyal, Rue, etc.

Study up on abortaficient herbs and oxytocic herbs and you'll be fine.

Read our article on Pre Natal Health on our site under "Articles."

You can have a healthy all-natural pregnancy and delivery.

Q: Hello, I enjoyed reading the information on your website. I have many questions, but my concern is that I am 43 year old African- American female, who would be classified as obese. Last year I had a miscarriage, which was devastating to me though we were not trying to get pregnant. I have a 16 year old healthy son. The doctor wanted me to have a hysterectomy because of my age and reported that I had non-cancerous fibroids. I chose not to as if I have the opportunity to get pregnant again, I would like to carry my baby to full term and deliver another healthy baby. My question is: which would you suggest I do first (as we know, time is a factor)? Should I do the full body detox and then the weight cleanse? I don't want to do the fertility program, but I'm not sure exactly why I lost my baby. I know stress played a major factor (I quit that high-stress job I was on) and after reading your website, realized that weight played a much larger role than I wanted to realize. I'm not trying to actively get pregnant, but because it remains a possibility, I would like to be as healthy as possible. My partner and I broke up shortly after the miscarriage, but have recently recommitted to a relationship again after almost a year apart. I am sorry for this long email, but your opinion would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely

    A:

First perform the FULL BODY DETOXfirst followed by the WEIGHT RELEASE CLEANSE AND REGIMEN.

Q: I am curious to know if you recommend or not for pregnant women to take your Fibroid Formula capsules?

    A:

No, we would not recommend for a pregnant woman to take Fibroid Formula. Pregnant women should concentrate on receiving adequate nutrition, and once the pregnancy is over, then you can cleanse and supplement with Fibroid Formula.

Q: Please reply to this (I will not buy from you unless you reply to my email; I want to check some things with you before I buy): 1- Please tell me if the following products in your website can be taken by pregnant women: folic acid, iron phosphate, bioflavonoid formula, iodine phosphate, multi vitamins and minerals, vitamin c formula, b-vitamin complex, iron phosphate tea? 2- I want to buy all the nutrients (vitamins, minerals, etc.) that I need for my baby (I'm 3 months pregnant). If I buy the multi vitamins and minerals, do I need to supplement any additional products that I mentioned above (esp. folic acid, vitamin c, iron, b-vitamin complex)? 3- I also want to buy Eklampein formula, prenatal laxative, prenatal formula, healthy pregnancy, and prenatal tea. Since I can't buy all the products that I mentioned in this email; I need your help to buy less. Because the ones that I will buy; I will buy enough to last me about 5/6 months (so I will still be buying so many from you even if I buy 3 or 4 different products). I don't have enough money; please work with me and tell me which ones I need for complete prenatal care and since I will be buying too many; please give me discount (so I can afford it and take good care of myself and my baby in the same time).

    A:

Folic acid, iron phosphate, bioflavonoid formula, iodine phosphate, multi vitamins and minerals, vitamin c formula, b-vitamin complex, iron phosphate tea can all be taken by a pregnant woman. You could delete bioflavonoid and B-vitamin complex though and still get necessary nutrition for your pregnancy. And yes, Dherbs.Com will give you a nice discount on a large order. Now here's what I would personally suggest for a great pre-natal regimen: PRE-NATAL FORMULA ELECTRIC GREENS CELL FOOD VITAMIN C FORMULA IODINE PHOSPHATE FOLIC ACID IRON PHOSPHATE FORMULA PRE-NATAL TEA PRENATAL LAXATIVE (optional)

Q: I would like to know, if you have any skin care programs, for women age 50 and over. I am going to try the detox progarm as soon as possible. I truly believe that I am going to be very happy with the results. I am 51 years old, and I want to look and feel my best. I have a lot of belly fat, and that makes me feel uncomfortable, because some people will ask me, if I am pregnant. This seems very strange to me, because my stomach seems to be the main place, where all the fat is building up. I desire to have beauty inside and out. I want to be completely whole. If you have tips for skin care and body care, please let me know. Some people say that I look like I am in my forties, however, if I did not have all of this extra body fat, I could really believe what they are saying.

    A:

The blood needs to be cleansed in order to enhance your skin and eliminate excess fat.

We would recommend you perform the Full Body Cleanse which can help improve skin complexion, release weight, and detoxify, purify, rejuvenate, and strengthen the body and all of its eliminative channels.

We also have a Facial Skin Kit that works to naturally restore the health of skin by helping to remove blemishes, hydrate skin, and even out complexion for resilient skin.

Q: I am interested in purchasing your healthy pregnancy tablets. I suffered a miscarriage in August of this year and I just found out that I am pregnant again this week. With the last pregnancy I spotted all the way up until heavy bleeding began and I lost the baby at just under eight weeks. I did have some light spotting this time when I was due to get my period for a few days but nothing like the last pregnancy. Do you have any advice for me on what I should do ? Are the tablets only for if you are experiencing a threatened miscarriage or do you take them regularly ? I was taking Agnus Castus before I conceived but is it true that you shouldn't take it when pregnant? I have discontinued using it. I would be ever so grateful for your advice! What do you recommend? Thanks so much for your time.

    A:

I'm working on an article about "UTERINE SENSE" at present. Take the HEALTHY PREGNANCYand STYPTIC Formula capsules daily, even if you're not bleeding. Take these 2 formulas for the 1st Trimester. Drink plenty of vegetable juice too. Think positive and reaffirm daily that you can hold to term.

Q: I was wondering if you were familiar with the Rhogam shot. It is basically a blood product shot that is taken when pregnant women are tested to have RH- blood, this would be blood types such as O- and A-..etc. It is said that if you are pregnant by a man who is considered RH+ that the child can have serious issues, or you can have a miscarriage if you dont take the shot. Many women have had miscarriges by not taking the shot. Rhogam is a blood product which can be very dangerous. What are your thoughts on this? I have actually had the shot with my son because of my blood type (so called). He is fine but I want more children and would not want to take this this shot any more.

    A:

The product being poisonous speaks for itself. Poison doesn't belong in the human body.

I have a 4 1/2 year old child and I had no problems. What can you suggest? Not good with fasting really- but can you give me some ideas on what to take?

It may be your mate, Beloved. Both of you should work on yourselves. Not necessarily "fasting", but cleansing (TOTAL WOMAN CLEANSE, TOTAL MALE CLEANSE) and then you should perform the FERTILITY CLEANSE.

Q: Thank you for the cancer info...It is welcome and beyond informative, however, I take issue with your remark that "women would be wise to just accept the fact that they are female by nature and God made them to have (deliver) babies and they should stop trying to compete with and be like men." Part of me is not surprised--men make comments like this all the time. I chalk it up to ignorance, as men enjoy living their entire lives not having to endure periods, pregnancy, breastfeeding, and lord knows what else. So because a woman does not want to have children--at all, or at a particular time in her life--she wants to be a man?! That's an illogical conclusion you are making. So why are there pregnant women with cancer, some of which who have never taken BC pills? Are women entitled to making any sort of control over their reproductive health? What about women who are infertile, naturally? If they develop cancer, is it because they never gave birth to a child? Are you willing to support all of the children that will result from women not being on Birth Control, since many people cannot afford several children on their incomes? This line of reasoning makes some women think that men really need to get over themselves. I think you have been reading too much Freud. Some women, present company included, appreciate our femininity and everything that encompasses being a woman. At the same time, this is not the dark ages--and even then, women chose not to have children during different times in their lives. Surely you are aware that in non-Western countries women utilize natural herbs to control their reproduction or as abortifacients? I am not advocating abortion; my point is that if you are going to criticize women taking BC pills, you may as well extend this criticism to women naturally preventing pregnancy via alternative means.

    A:

Birth control pills play a big role in female reproductive cancers. Women would be wise to just accept the fact that they are female by nature and God made them to have (deliver) babies and they should stop trying to compete with and be like men. In attempting to stop or prevent life (birth control), they are ending up losing their very own lives. And the birth control pills cause cancer in areas of the body that denote femininity (breasts, ovaries, fallopian tubes, cervix, uterus and vagina). This is a form of language here. You have disease and female organ(s) which basically means your disease is specifically related to an issue of femaleness or femininity, that's why the disease manifests in these "female" organs. In attempting to be like and compete with males, females compromise their feminine integrity and goddess nature which "eats them up" (anger, frustration, sadness, etc.) inside. When the cancer appears in any female organ, it serves as a sign or sensor that the problem lies on a deeper metaphysical level pertaining to emotions, thoughts and attitude."

Q: I was recently pregnant, and did not carry the baby full term due to something doctors, call hyperemisis gravidarum. Have you heard of this? How do I go about being healed of this to carry a child full term.

    A:

We have not heard of this Western medical term. We would recommend that you perform the Full Body Detox, (followed by performing the Total Woman Cleanse and Fertility Cleanse), change your diet (go vegan and/or raw foods), work mental science (order and READ our e-book "The Mental Science" and apply the information), etc.

Q: I am 4 1/2 months pregnant and have stopped taking prenatal vitamins due to my ignorance and fear! I have both your pre-natal and over the counter vitamins of which I stopped taking. I took the vitamins (as instructed) to my dr. to look at during my visit. He told me to stop taking your vitamins and continue with the store bought. I did research on each ingredient and the only one that scares me is the horsetail. I am what they consider a high-risk pregnancy so I am trying to do my best to stay healthy. Please advise.

    A:

FEAR AND IGNORANCE IS A BAD COMBINATION. THEY CANNOT HELP YOU IN ANY WAY. THAT'S UNFORTUNATE. GOD ORDAINED THE HERBS FOR THE SERVICE OF MAN (PSALM 104:14), TO BE USED FOR MEDICINE (EZEKIEL 47:12) AND FOR THE HEALING OF THE NATIONS (REVELATION 22:2). GOD DID NOT ORDAIN MAN-MADE DRUGS, BUT YET IN STILL PEOPLE TAKE THEM. STRANGE INDEED! TYPICAL! YOU CAN'T FAULT THE DOCTOR FOR TELLING YOU TO TAKE THE POISONOUS PRE-NATALS. THAT'S WHAT DOCTORS ARE TRAINED TO DO. DOCTORS DO NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT NUTRITION AND DIET, ONLY PRESCRIPTION DRUGS AND SURGERY. WHAT IS IT IN A PLANT THAT CAN SCARE YOU? IT'S A PLANT AND CAN DO NO HARM. WOW! IF YOU BELIEVE IT, THEN GUESS WHAT, YOU ARE? YOU HAVE CHOSEN TO BELIEVE AND THUS ARE A HIGH RISK PREGNANCY. WHAT BENEFIT DO YOU GET FROM BEING A HIGH RISK PREGNANCY? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! BUT IT'S YOUR RIGHT TO BELIEVE IN WHAT YOU WILL UNDER FREE WILL. ADVISE YOU? OUR WHOLE WEBSITE ADVISES YOU ON WHAT'S THE TRUTH AND WHAT SHOULD BE DONE. START READING SOME OF OUR ARTICLES. KNOWLEDGE IS POWER! IF THE PRE-NATALS ARE NOT FROM PLANTS, YOU CANNOT ASSIMILATE THEM INTO YOUR BODY AND THUS THE BABY IS NOT GETTING ANY NOURISHMENT WHATSOEVER. THE BABY'S LIVER IS BEING TAXED WITH THESE HARMFUL DRUGS RECOMMENDED BY A DOCTOR. DO THE THING YOU FEAR AND THE FEAR WILL GO AWAY! TRUST IN GOD AND DO WHAT'S BEST FOR YOUR BABY. DON'T MAKE DECISIONS OUT OF FEAR, BUT OUT OF LOVE (FOR YOUR BABY), WHICH EQUATES TO TRUTH!

Q: I am wondering if its possible to still become pregnant, after having an abortion at age 17. I'm now 35, and I have had a cyst removed from the right ovary back in 1999, when I was told my fallopian tubes were blocked. I practice a fairly holistic lifestyle, which I still eat fish in fear of not getting enough protein, but I haven't been pregnant since 1992.

    A:

Simply perform the Full Body Detox, ( drink female Health Tea while on this cleanse), read our 'Mental Science Manual', and 'Love Manual' which is great reading. The manuals shows you how to use your mind, and heart to heal disease, disorders, and injuries. These are very important tools in the healing process. After you detox, perform the Total Woman Cleanse. After the TWC, complete the Fertility Cleanse.
