2 Ingredient Chocolate Banana Ice Cream

We never thought that two ingredients could taste so good! Let us introduce you to nice cream, an easy raw-vegan ice cream that is dairy-free and ready in minutes. Frozen bananas are your base, so make sure to peel and chop them the night before in order to yield a luscious nice cream consistency.

  • 2 bananas, peeled, chopped and frozen overnight
  • 2 tbsp. raw cacao powder


  1. Add the ingredients to a food processor or high-speed blender and blend until completely smooth. You may have to stop blending, scrape the sides of the food processor, and continue blending.
  2. If you are having a difficult time blending the ice cream, add a little coconut oil or a tablespoon of water to aid the blending process.
  3. Spoon into bowls and enjoy.
