5 Ingredient Energy Bites To Fuel Your Day

  18 rater(s)

These little bites are great snacks that help to keep you full. You won’t be craving anything because they satisfy the sweet and saltiness that you need. Plus, they are healthy snacks!

  • Prep Time: 30m
  • Total Time: 30m

  • 1/4 c raw honey
  • 1/8 c chia seeds, hemp seeds, or flaxseeds (your choice)
  • 1/2 c raw almond butter
  • 1 c rolled
  • 2 tsp. raw cacao powder

  1. Combine the raw honey, chia seeds (or whatever seeds you're using), and almond butter in a mixing bowl and mix well.
  2. Add in the oats and cacao powder and fold them in until you have a thick mixture. Make sure to wet your hands before making the balls. Make little golfball-sized energy bites out of the mixture and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Once you're done, place the baking sheet in the freezer for 20 minutes, so they can harden. Enjoy right away or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
