- 1/2 c alkaline water
- 1 banana, peeled and frozen overnight
- 1 large cucumber, sliced
- 1 inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
- handful of ice
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and pulse until you get a smoothie consistency.
- If you feel extra hardcore, stir in 1 tablespoon of raw apple cider vinegar into your smoothie.
