Ingredients

  • 1/2 c alkaline water
  • 1 banana, peeled and frozen overnight
  • 1 large cucumber, sliced
  • 1 inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
  • handful of ice

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and pulse until you get a smoothie consistency.
  2. If you feel extra hardcore, stir in 1 tablespoon of raw apple cider vinegar into your smoothie.
