  • 1 1/2 c water
  • 2 oranges, peeled and cubed
  • 1 1/2 c carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 lemon, juiced
  • 1 c ice cubes


  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the smoothie into a large cup and enjoy.
