- 2 tbsp. raw organic apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tsp. raw agave
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c boiled water, cooled enough to drink
- Add the apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, agave, and cinnamon to the cup of hot water. Stir until everything is thoroughly mixed.
- Drink this in the morning before breakfast and drink another cup before you go to bed. You'll have the best results if you consume this as such.
