Ingredients

  • 1/2 c Granny Smith apple, chopped
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and chopped
  • 1 date, pitted and chopped
  • 1/2 -inch piece ginger root, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 banana, peeled, sliced, and frozen overnight
  • 1/2 tbsp. ground flaxseed
  • 1 c kale (thick stems removed)
  • 1 c filtered water

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the smoothie into a large cup and sip to your health. You will feel like a superhero in no time!
