Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c raw brazil nuts
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 c dried apricots (free of sugar and preservatives)
- 1 tsp. alcohol-free vanilla extract
- 3 Medjool dates, pitted
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and blend until you achieve a dough-like consistency. You\'ll have to stop blending, scrape down the sides of the processor bowl, and continue blending to fully incorporate the ingredients.
- Using your hands, form the mixture into bite-size balls and place on a parchment-paper lined tray to prevent sticking. Place in the freezer to harden for about an hour.
