- 1 1/2 avocados, pitted and peeled
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- juice of 1 lime
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/2-1 tsp fresh ground pepper
- 1 1/4 c water
- pinches of cayenne pepper or oregano (optional)
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and pulse until you get a smooth consistency. You can add a little more water if it is too thick. Taste and season with more sea salt or pepper if necessary.
