Avocado Dressing

If you are a fan of creamier dressings, then you need this dressing while you are cleansing. It is packed with omega-3s, heart healthy fats, and gives your salad a refreshing flavor!

  • 1 1/2 avocados, pitted and peeled
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2-1 tsp fresh ground pepper 
  • 1 1/4 c water
  • pinches of cayenne pepper or oregano (optional)


  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and pulse until you get a smooth consistency. You can add a little more water if it is too thick. Taste and season with more sea salt or pepper if necessary.
