  • 1 large banana, pre-cut into chunks and frozen overnight
  • 1 heaping spoonful of raw almond butter
  • 2 spoonfuls ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 c homemade almond milk
  • drizzle of raw agave nectar
  • tiny drop of alcohol-free vanilla extract (optional)


  1. Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until you get a smooth consistency. Enjoy!
