For the Smoothie Bowl

  • 1/2 c homemade almond milk
  • 1 1/2 c spinach
  • 1 1/2 c blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 scoop of Dherbs CocoHemp protein powder

Optional Toppings

  • chia seeds
  • banana slices
  • kiwi slices
  • raspberries
  • blackberries
  • raw pumpkin seeds


  1. Add all of the Smoothie Bowl ingredients to a blender and pulse until you get a smooth consistency.
