Ingredients

  • 1/2 c rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1 c unsweetened almond milk
  • zest of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 1/2 tsp. grade A maple syrup
  • 1/3 c blueberries
  • 1/2 banana, peeled and smashed

Instructions

  1. Combine the oats, chia seeds, sea salt, and almond milk to a mason jar and mix well.
  2. Next, add the lemon zest, maple syrup, blueberries, and mashed banana to the jar and mix to combine. Screw on the lid and place in the fridge overnight to set.
  3. In the morning, grab the jar out of the fridge and enjoy. Feel free to top the overnight oats with more blueberries, and chia seeds.
