This recipe is sweet, chocolaty, and delicious. That sounds like a recipe you can’t have while cleansing. Au contraire, people, because this smoothie, which tastes like a milkshake, is 100% cleanse-approved.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana, sliced and frozen overnight
  • 2 medjool dates, pitted (without sulfur or preservatives)
  • 2 tbsp. raw almond butter
  • 2 tbsp. raw cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 c homemade almond milk

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
