  • 1 banana, sliced and frozen overnight
  • 2 medjool dates, pitted (without sulfur or preservatives)
  • 2 tbsp. raw almond butter
  • 2 tbsp. raw cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 c homemade almond milk
