This smoothie is great for busy mornings. There are only 5 ingredients and this smoothie works to give you an energy boost. You can also consume this smoothie before a workout to help improve your performance.

  • 1/4 c rolled oats
  • 3/4 c organic unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp. raw almond butter
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 4 -5 ice cubes


  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and pulse until you get a smooth consistency. Enjoy!
