Banana Peach Green Smoothie

If you feel like you don’t have enough in each day, it’s important to shave time off wherever you can. Knowing exactly what you are going to eat for breakfast saves a lot of time. Considering that peaches are still in season, we wanted to use them before they aren’t here anymore. Buy the freshest peaches at your local farmer’s market!

  • 1 banana, cut into chunks and frozen overnight
  • 1 peach, pitted and cubed
  • 2 c spinach
  • 1 c green grapes
  • 1/2 an avocado, peeled
  • 1/2 c water


  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until you get a smooth consistency. Enjoy your smoothie!
