- 3/4 c cold pressed extra virgin olive oil
- 3 - 4 tsp raw apple cider vinegar to taste at the end
- 1/2 tbsp. dijon mustard
- 1 clove fresh minced garlic
- 1 tsp. finely chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp. coconut sugar
- pinch of Celtic sea salt or Himalayan salt
- freshly ground pepper to taste
- Place all the ingredients in your blender (except the vinegar) and pulse until well combined. (For the best results use a high speed blender).
- Gradually add in the vinegar to taste.
