Basic Homemade Vinaigrette Dressing



  • 3/4 c cold pressed extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 - 4 tsp raw apple cider vinegar to taste at the end
  • 1/2 tbsp. dijon mustard
  • 1 clove fresh minced garlic
  • 1 tsp. finely chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp. coconut sugar 
  • pinch of Celtic sea salt or Himalayan salt
  • freshly ground pepper to taste


  1. Place all the ingredients in your blender (except the vinegar) and pulse until well combined. (For the best results use a high speed blender).
  2. Gradually add in the vinegar to taste.
