Ingredients

  • 1 c baby carrots
  • 1 c strawberry, greens cut off
  • 1/2 c beets, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 1 c spinach
  • 1 c ice cubes
  • 1/2 c filtered water

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. You can add more ice if the smoothie is not thick enough for your liking. You can also add more water if the smoothie is too thick for you.
  2. Poor into a large cup and enjoy immediately.
