- 1/2 inch piece of ginger root, peeled
- 2 celery stalks
- 2 carrots, peeled
- 1 bunch kale
- 1 bunch bok choy
- 1 bunch spinach
- 3 beets with greens
- Process all the ingredients through your juicer. You can consume this juice strained or unstrained.
- Drink this juice within 15 minutes of making it. It makes two servings.
