  • 3 medium Fuji apples
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 1 large lemon, including skin
  • 1 lime, including skin
  • 3 small mandarins, including skin
  • 1 head romaine lettuce


  1. Was and rinse all of your produce before cutting it into large chunks.
  2. Run all of the ingredients through a juicer and then drink the juice.
