- 4 ribs celery
- 1 cucumber, chopped
- 1/2 head broccoli, chopped
- 1/4 lemon
- Process all of the ingredients through your juicer and then dispense into your cup.
- Drink the juice within 15 minutes of juicing the ingredients.
- If you do not have a juicer, you can blend the ingredients into a smoothie, but make sure to add water to aid the blending process.
