Caramel Apple Dip

If you want a dip that is sweet, delicious, and Full Body Cleanse approved, you need this in your life. Dip some apples in this for a treat while you are cleansing.

  • 12 dates, soaked for a couple hours
  • 2 tbsp. almond cream (instructions below)
  • 2 tbsp. almond butter
  • pinch sea salt
  • apples, cut to your liking


  1. Blend all of the ingredients together in a blender and use this as a dip or spread it on different fruits.
  2. Almond cream is made with a 2:1 ratio of filtered water to almonds. Blend 1/2 cup water and a 1/4 cup raw almonds and then strain it through a nut milk bag.
