Chai Spice + Almond + Coconut Smoothy

Ingredients

  • Chai Spice + Almond + Coconut Breakfast Smoothy 
  • 1/4 c almond milk, or any other nut milk
  • 1/4 c coconut milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 heaping spoonful almond butter
  • 1 tsp. chai spice
  • 1/2 tsp. maca powder
  • 1 tbsp. flax seed 
  • a squirt of maple syrup or agave nectar 
  • Chai Spice Blend
  • 2 tsp. ground cardamom
  • 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp. ground allspice 
  • Combine all spices together.  Store in an airtight container.

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.  Blend until smooth.
