Ingredients

  • 2 c water (depending on your preference)
  • 2 c chard (2 large leaves)
  • 1 c fresh or frozen blackberries
  • 1 c fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 ripe banana (not too ripe)
  • 1/2 tsp. minced fresh ginger, plus more to taste
  • pinch lemon zest, plus more to taste
  • 1 tsp. acai powder (optional)
  • 1 c or more of ice (if using fresh fruit)

Instructions

  1. Throw all the ingredients in your blender and puree until smooth and creamy.
