Chili Lime Watermelon Snack

  • 1 mini watermelon, cubed
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • 1 tsp. lime zest
  • Juice of 1 lime


  1. After cutting the watermelon into cubes, set them aside on a large platter or baking sheet.
  2. Add the chili powder, sea salt, and lime zest in a mortar and pestle and muddle until the spices are combined.
  3. Season the watermelon liberally with spice blend and then squeeze fresh lime juice on top of the cubes. Serve immediately and enjoy.
