Ingredients
- 1/4 c chia seeds
- 2 tbsp. raw cacao powder
- 1 c homemade almond milk
- 1 tbsp. grade A maple syrup
- 1 tsp. alcohol-free vanilla extract
- 1 banana, peeled and sliced
- 1 tbsp. cacao nibs (optional topping)
- 1 tbsp. raw almond butter (optional topping)
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients (except for the optional toppings) to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Alternatively, add all of the ingredients to a bowl and whisk to combine. If you go that route, make sure to mash the banana before you mix.
- Transfer the mixture to two jars and store in the fridge overnight for the chia pudding to set.
- Remove from the fridge and top with optional cacao nibs, raw almond butter, or more banana slices. Enjoy!
