Cilantro Lemon Vinaigrette

Finding a dressing that you fall in love with is crucial, especially when you are making dressings at home. The dressing should be easy to make, but more importantly: delicious. This cilantro vinaigrette satisfies both of those requirements, so make it already!

  • 1/3 c extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. water
  • 2 handfuls fresh cilantro
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt
  • 1 tsp. raw agave
  • 2 tbsp. raw apple cider vinegar


  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and puree until you get a smooth and creamy consistency.
  2. Dress your salad with it and store the remaining dressing in an airtight glass jar in the fridge. It will keep fresh for about 5 days.
