To come across a dressing that serves as an insanely addictive salad dressing, condiment, sauce, or marinade is very rare. That was until you clicked on this recipe. You just discovered your new favorite dressing that comes together in a matter of minutes. With bright zesty flavors and a wonderfully creamy texture, this salad dressing is great to have in your arsenal.
Do you want to know the worst part about this salad dressing? It only lasts four days in the refrigerator, but that’s only if you can resist it for that long. Chances are that you are going to eat all of this within the first two days. Just make sure that if you store it in the fridge, it is in a sealed glass jar or container to keep it as fresh as possible. Lastly, the cilantro is a very forward flavor in this dressing. If you think cilantro tastes like soap, this may not be your cup of tea.
