Citrus Cumin Salad Dressing

  3 rater(s)

A homemade salad dressing is light years beyond any store bought dressings, which are commonly loaded with sugars, saturated fats, hidden dairy, and other dyes and preservatives. The powerful lemon and orange in this dressing really bring a salad to life. All you have to do is throw everything in a blender and that’s it!

  • Prep Time: 5m
  • Total Time: 5m

  • 1/4 c freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/4 c freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp. chili powder
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 c olive oil

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Make sure the garlic is blended because you don't want a couple chunks to surprise you in your salad.
  2. Drizzle the desired amount of dressing over your salad and store the rest in an airtight glass jar in the fridge for up to 5 days.
