  • 4 c pineapple, diced (outer skin removed)
  • 1 pink grapefruit, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 c mint leaves
  • 1 lime, peeled
  • 1 inch piece of ginger
  • 1/2 inch pieces of turmeric


  1. Place all of the ingredients in a juicer and then drink the juice. It's as easy as that!
