- 4 c pineapple, diced (outer skin removed)
- 1 pink grapefruit, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 c mint leaves
- 1 lime, peeled
- 1 inch piece of ginger
- 1/2 inch pieces of turmeric
- Place all of the ingredients in a juicer and then drink the juice. It's as easy as that!
