There’s nothing better than hydrating while you’re hydrating. What we mean by that is that both cucumber and watermelon are made up of over 90% water. So you’ll be drinking water and hydrating with food at the same time!

Ingredients

  • 2 -3 cups watermelon, cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 english cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 6 -8 mint leaves
  • 2 c ice
  • 1/2 gal alkaline water

Instructions

  1. Place the watermelon cubes and cucumber slices in a large pitcher. Pour the water in and add the mint leaves.
