There’s nothing better than hydrating while you’re hydrating. What we mean by that is that both cucumber and watermelon are made up of over 90% water. So you’ll be drinking water and hydrating with food at the same time!

- 2 -3 cups watermelon, cut into small cubes
- 1/2 english cucumber, thinly sliced
- 6 -8 mint leaves
- 2 c ice
- 1/2 gal alkaline water
- Place the watermelon cubes and cucumber slices in a large pitcher. Pour the water in and add the mint leaves.
