Creamy Cashew Caesar Salad Dressing

If you like salad dressings that are a little creamier than vinaigrettes, you’ve just stumbled on a goldmine with this cashew caesar dressing.

  • 1/2 c raw cashews, soaked overnight
  • 2 tbsp. nutritional yeast
  • 4 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tsp. ground mustard seed
  • 1/4 c water + 1 tablespoon


  1. Throw all the ingredients in the blender or food processor and blend until you get a smooth, creamy consistency. Store in an airtight container. It will keep in the fridge for up to 5 days.
