The cleansing life is all about improving your green smoothie game. So we thought we’d give you another green smoothie recipe to add to your arsenal. This smoothie is filled with healthy fats, protein, and the beautiful citrus flavor from the orange amplifies the rest of the ingredients.

- 1 orange, peeled and cubed
- 1 c spinach
- 1 c kale leaves, thick stems removed
- 1 c homemade almond milk
- 1 c filtered water
- 1/2 c cashews (soaked in water for 1 hour and then drained)
- 2 c mangoes, cubed and frozen overnight
- 2 dates, pitted and roughly chopped
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. It should be a creamy consistency, almost like a milkshake.
- Enjoy the smoothie!
